Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisiana

I ordered Dave’s double combo and a 4 for 4 today. They had 2 people in front of me on the screen. They received their food so I should have been next, however, about 5 people got their food before me. My name came up as “Ready” on the screen and then went away even though I never received my food. I guess they’re keeping up with their serve time via computer, but then they forget to give the person their food because it’s no longer on the screen. I asked the lady about my food since it had been about 30 minutes at this time since I ordered and she grabbed the receipt off the counter and gave it to the employees in the back. I waited another 15 minutes for my food after that only to have WAY undercooked fries(soggy, raw potatoes) and cold nuggets. It is extremely disappointing to go to a fast food restaurant and wait 45 minutes for underdone, cold food. Also, the floors are so filled with grease in the lobby that your feet slide around which is very dangerous. Hands down the worst place to eat in the parish. Grossly incompetent doesn't even begin to sum it up. If you order a cheeseburger they will give you a plain one. Order nuggets and they will give you a cheeseburger. Order 4 drinks and you'll get 2. I've been here a few times and they have screwed me every single time. I placed a very basic, simple drive thru order today at around 4 pm. The "woman" who gave me my order even confirmed the drink order with us, then proceeded to "forget" to give me 2 of my drinks. It's hard to imagine this being an accident. They had JUST confirmed my drink order. Then the fries had an odd, sour, rancid taste to them. The staff here are obviously either profoundly cognitively disabled or they are all on drugs or both. Either way, they are a danger to society and should not be allowed in the general population without some kind of aid or handler. I thought Wendy’s prided themselves on Quality Food , hence the reason I prefer going there over MCDONALDS. Today , I was in the drive through and no body was behind me , I took a little longer to order because of the rain and not being able to see the menu . I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and a small fries , the amount was over 6.50 , I made the comment that I could of ordered the same thing with the biggee bag ( which included a drink and 4piece nuggets) for 1.50 less , well he asked me if I wanted to change my order and I said yes.
