It was my first time here. Thought I was going to find food that is from my home state due to their sign. I drive by almost every day. Finally stopped in to try it out since the restaurant part opened back up. I ORDERED Carne Asada tacos without onions and cilantro. My food was good except the rice and beans have no flavor AT ALL! Does not reflex one bit of it being any taste from California. So what happened was the little that the tacos were on slipped off the tray into the seat, I cleaned it up and went to explain what happened. I get told that it isn't their fault the food fell and that I would have to pay for it again! These tacos I noticed the meat to be carnitas as I'm picking it up to clean the mess. When I ordered and paid AGAIN! I asked for Carne Asada with no onions and cilantro (like it was to be the first time). AGAIN! Carnita tacos were made. I sat at the table, noticed my son wasn't eating, looked over to notice the same tacos, so I looked at my receipt to see if I was trippin'. So I sat at the table a minute to not blow up š¤¦āāļø cause the first interaction pissed me off. As I'm speaking with the girl that originally took our order about it. It was like a deer in headlights and a face of confusion on what I was explaining to her. Then, the other girl that took the second order jumped in. She continued to argue with me about what was said when ordering. Y'all, all I asked for was the tacos to be what my son eats CARNE ASADA remade. The second girl made it a bigger deal then what it was by raising her voice at me and telling me that "I'm wrong that she said whatever tacos they made and that I said yes." How would you know what I had the first time I ordered that it would be the same if you didn't take my order!? Long story short is all I wanted was the right tacos made and to go now since it was time to leave. I was refunded for one of the times I paid but still paid for one order and my son still didn't get to eat! Be careful what you order cause they will NOT remake it! Or it will be all your fault! One more thing a cook from behind the counter had to stop her from agrueing and yelling at me. For me, it wasn't about the money for me. Naaa gringoā I just brush it off and plan to just let it go but in the process of getting my margarita when she asked for my ticket for it I gave her the ticket for my food and left it on accident , she proceeds to come up to me by the register and hands me my ticket and says āyou canāt get your food without this Gringoā and walks away laughing while the manager Sandra was right there working the register so I tell Sandra that this little girl keeps calling me a gringo trying to antagonize me after Iāve told her to not call me that which is a racial slur towards white people if anybody reading this wants to know, my wife is Hispanic and wouldnāt even let her own grandma or mom call me that ā¦ā¦.. back to the story so basically I walk down to get my food where Sara is and Sandra follows and lets her know she needs to stop even as her manager is telling her to stop she continues to laugh in my face the whole time and Sandra couldnāt do anything but apologize for how Sara was acting and she wrote her name down on a piece of paper for me and told me to call tomorrow I call today about the situation and still havenāt been able to talk to the owner and they act clueless on when...

A friend and I ordered food 2 nights ago through "Clover" and when we arrived at the designated time to pick up our food, we noticed that the previous location was gutted with a sign saying they were expanding, and they had relocated to a food truck in the parking lot. As I approached the truck, an employee came up and abruptly said "We aren't taking orders now. There'san issue with the gas line." I explained that we already ordered online and had also already paid. Her answer was a snotty "well I guess you need to cancel your order and get your money back then. We could find no way through Clover or the Bandidos website to cancel. Of course, both of our charges went through today, so I tried calling both numbers listed on Google AND on their paper brochures AND their website. Both did not even ring and immediately went to a recording explaining that voicemail had never been set up. I called another location, and they let me know that the individual stores were unrelated. I then physically went by the food truck on the way home from work. They asked if I wanted the food. I said "no that was 2 days ago" and stated I just wanted a refund for both orders. The worker claimed they were there all day Tuesday. When I said, "Then you should know that you closed down Tuesday evening because there was an issue with the truck's gas line. He smiled and answered, "Only 2 or 3 hours." So if I hadn't known that, would his story have been that they were open and that I was lying? He then called the manager and said, "She says to cancel the order." I told him the charges had already gone through. He said I'd have to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. Never again. Not another dime. This place is shady and dishonest. There's no way to get ahold of anyone. Go elsewhere or get screwed over like we did. They stole almost $30 from us. What will they...
