J.B. Speed School of Engineering — Local services in Louisville

If you are planning on taking classes here you should know that the program is inflexible. Should you happen to have to sit out a semester, you will have to wait an entire year just to get back on track. Although many students in the J.B. Speed School attend all three semesters, many of the classes are only offered once per year. The only reason UofL is able to keep students with such as inflexible program is because there are no other schools within the city that offer an ABET accredited engineering program. Great school. The people who rated 1 star probably had a specific bad experience that doesn't accurate reflect speed school as a whole.
