The delivery driver was extremely unprofessional. My order was supposed to be non-contact and left at my door. It said it would be 60-70 minutes.
My papa tracker didn't say my order was out for delivery. 20 minutes after placing my order and my tracker still saying "preparing", the driver called me. I missed the call and a minute later he texted me saying, "Just call the store try to get back out." I don't even know what that is supposed to mean. I told him I was standing at the door outside. He responded, "I pulled off but I'll call when coming back around". I again tell him I'm standing outside. He responds "Hey gotta go". "I didn't see anyone I'm headed to the store now I'll have the manager call you". He never gave me a chance to meet him outside. This all took place in a matter of 4 minutes. I felt like he didn't try at all to find me or my house or deliver my pizza. My house is not hard to find, I've never had problems with deliveries.
I tried calling the store multiple times to get a refund and no one answered so I had to drive to the store to get a refund. We had to drive somewhere else to get dinner. Never again will we get pizza from...

The best experiences barely passed the bar of supplying food that my pizza-obsessed kids will consume. The worst experiences consist of a myriad of abysmal failures; not only from the store itself, but also the way PJ's runs these corporate stores, ....BUT the employees at this store do not give a single flying F. I actually applaud them for how little they care, the negligence is truly astounding.
Now, all of this would be fine by me, I don't expect PJ's employees to serve their corporate overlords well (I certainly don't), But this becomes a problem when you need a refund or a credit and PJ's corporate requires you to be connected with the store because, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! She said food is on its way and it will get there when it gets there and hung up. I called back at 11:41 to ask how the accommodate the fact the order was so late. She stated she could do a refund on the pizza. I agreed to this. I was under the impression the food was still going to be delivered since nothing different was said. I I called back at 12:00.
