Parkway Diner — Restaurant in Louisville

Parkway Diner is a new restaraunt in the former cottage inn building. We ordered the biscuits and gravy. It was great! It came with two biscuits with a generous portion of sausage gravy. It had a unique and flavorful taste profile. We also ordered Bacon cheddar pancakes. They were savory cornmeal pancakes that we dont typically see on nearby menus. The best part of ordering these two items together was being able to dip the pancakes into the gravy. Would highly recommend both of these items and will be interested in trying out more menu...

First time today for lunch since re opened. They did paint and tidy up but the menu was disappointing, and very,very overpriced. Our service was good, food was hot but almost $40 +tip for two. One burger and fries and one Chicken sandwich and fries. I was really rooting for it to be successful but we aren't going back. If the food was amazing and the atmosphere was better yes. We need good sit down restaurant's in this area badly but this one...

Met my husband after church for brunch. Was seated right away. Coffee is excellent and the pancake to my surprise (normally don't like cornmeal pancakes). The waitress recommended the biscuits and gravy (she gave me a small taste) I do not recommend the biscuits and gravy. The sausage had a very overpowering herb that did not go well with the gravy.
