As management hasn’t responded to me after I directly messaged them… I will share my experience here and the original message that was sent. Hi, I am writing in regards of a horrible experience last night at this establishment. My receipt says the person who “took care of me” was Reyselene. I came in and sat at the bar. She ignored me, finally walked over said she would bring me the beer list and then went back to the end of the bar and had a conversation with someone. Finally after I was handed the beer list I ordered a beer. She said “you don’t want that one”… alright. So I ordered another one, she said “you don’t want that one either”. Come to find out there was something wrong with the CO2. If she knew that why didn’t she say that to begin with. So my response was okay what do you have then. The interaction was horrible, she clearly did not have any care in the world about the job she was supposed to be doing. Also, your job as a bartender is to let the servers know when kegs are flipped. I could see the servers frustration with her as the came to the server station for a beer they had wrung in and it wasn’t available. The way she blewoff the servers was exactly how she treated me. Then a customer walked in, no one greeted them. So she walked to the bar and told this person that they were going to sit outside on the patio. Bartender said she would get someone. That never happened. Possibly 5-7 min later this person walked back in and was like is there anyone even working here? The regulars I was talking to at the end of the bar said apparently it is always like this. No wonder there were only 2 tables in the whole entire place. I understand Mondays are in general slower, interested to see what it’s like on other days of the week if service is always like this. It’s quite a shame as this location used to always have great staff and outstanding service. As much as I love the pizza, next time, I will drive out of my way to a different location. Read moreI wish my stars alone could send the overall to 5 and never let it change. To make a very long and irritating story shorter..... Myself and a business partner flew here on business for emergency relief meetings with state officials. Over our travels we’ve had nothing but issues with DoorDash never arriving to get order or getting them cold and with us flying from city to city we just wanted to relax and not have to go out for food. I explained my issues with doordash and tried find an alternate solution for delivery as with the pandemic it was delivery only through doordash and didn’t want anymore issues. Regretfully, I can’t for the life of me remember the girls name who took our order and who rightfully made her employer shine. However, she took the order over the phone and got it started before making the order through doordash and then after order was placed on doordash, she notified it was ready for pickup for doordash so they’d arrive just as our food would be ready to be still hot and fresh when doordash arrived here. In true glory that they are doordash dropped the ball and never showed after claiming the order to pick up. She called immediately when she realized the problem and was very sincere with the apology and went absolutely above and beyond for us to be taken care of. I’d had joked earlier about need something from the store and being unable to grab it. She assured that she would get us the food at whatever cost and would even grab the stuff we needed from the store. This is true customer service and you can not find it anywhere at this level. I want to make sure regardless of the service you’ve may have received in the past had it been bad. Absolutely give them a chance and you’ll find class as well as outstanding tasting food.
