August 3, 2024 at 10:17 am. We walked up to the hostess, greeted her with a hello. Crickets. So we looked at the menu. She then said, we're only serving breakfast right now. I then asked her what time they serve lunch, she says 1030 with an attitude. I said, ok we will be back in 10 mins. My daughter's and I went back at 10:40. Hostess looked mad that we wanted to order. We places our order and she told us to wait 15 mins. All this done without any eye contact. I remained calm and polite still. We sit by the gate across Chili's whole waiting, she walk over and gave us our food. We said thank you and she gave me not even a half a smile. We walk about 25 feet away, I checked the bag to make sure we had everything. No coleslaw and no dip for our chicken tenders. We go back, hostess was sitting by the gate chair on her phone. I asked her for some ranch and the coleslaw as the order did not come with them. Her response was, "Well you did not tell me what dip you wanted!" I was so shocked with the response and the tone. I said, well you could have asked me as well. She responded, while walking away towards the kitchen with, "you did not ask for it!" My 13 year old daughter was just as shocked as I was. Read moreI recently dined at the Chili’s located inside the Louisville, Kentucky airport and had an exceptional experience thanks to my server, Ashley. She was professional, polite, and attentive throughout my visit. My order was taken accurately, the food was served hot and fresh, and she checked on me multiple times to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.
What stood out most was Ashley’s dedication to providing top-tier service in an airport setting—often a place where customer service can be hit or miss. Her professionalism and respect did not go unnoticed. As a Black woman, I have, at times, experienced less-than-fair treatment based on assumptions, particularly around tipping. Ashley, however, treated me with the highest level of courtesy and care, completely disregarding any stereotypes.

Read moreOk here's my experience. Our server dropped us as a table to another server. We were asked is we wanted chips and salsa while we decided on our order. Once we placed our order, once our food arrived though my plate was correct I didn't get my sides. My dates food was wrong all together. It took 15 mins for my server to return to correct the problem. His response to my unhappiness was "yeah,yeah,yeah" as he walked away.then came back minutes later with my dates food that had obviously just been sitting in the back cooling as he had grabbed the wrong food. So now we could both enjoy the room temperature food we were served. Refills on drinks were slammed in the table as he walked by without so much as a greeting. The food though room temp was good but our service was terrible.then it turns out the chips and salsa are not complimentary but we're charged for it. No real surprise. No manager in site.
