TERRIBLE FOOD‼️, VERY expensive and BAD service at 7:30 PM on Thursday evening. Taste like processed, microwave, frozen food. Taco Bell Is better and I don’t even like Taco Bell. That’s not saying a lot. Had to Play charades with servers, to get them to understand that I wanted a drink and a coca-Cola, The food that I wanted off the menu, because the servers don’t speak English. We were the only people in the restaurant. Five servers standing at the cash register, doing nothing, but talking to each other. I had to use playing charades for them to understand I want something to drink, napkins, tortillas, etc. I wasted $23 and left hungry, because my food was not edible. I got steak fajitas, it was grizzly, and not edible. It didn’t even come with soft shells to eat it in. It came with french fries. 🙄🤦‍♀️. Servers were nowhere to be found to serve us, I had to get up and walk up to them at the cash register to get something to drink to ask for soft tortillas. I should not have to go to a restaurant and play charades in order to get food and drink and then get up and track down my server at the register when they’re not doing anything. I will not be going back. I do not recommend. I highly recommend Craft House pizza at colonial Gardens, instead if you’re going to come to colonial...

Unfortunately I hate having to be honest but that's part of being a review and a foodie. I stopped here for lunch today February 4th I ordered a steak burrito, empanadas de platano and a small cheese dip and chips. Let me start by recognizing the awesome service of the front of the house very friendly and the atmosphere loved it. Now for the food de carne asada adentro del Burrito horrible the meat was tough and chewy like I had to chew on it several times and it was mostly rice and beans I would have rather gone to Chipotle and I'm originally from Panama so I know good authentic food this is not it the cheese dip tasted like processed cheese I don't think it was queso fundido and the Empanada de platano The Filling was gross it was like a big ball of snot it was white no color with some sugar in all honesty I think it was cornstarch with water and some sugar for sweetener of course you want to ask would you go back would you refer sad to say but I would say no to both of them I would not go back and I would not refer to anyone but again as far as the front of the house the service was excellent and it's a super pretty place I just wouldn't go...

Very disappointed in the experience I had at this restaurant. Went in for a meal and a drink only to be disappointed with bad service and food. Restaurant was not crowded at all. Bartender acted like she could care less about customers. Had to wait until she finished her casual conversation with a male customer before she even acknowledged me to take my order. There was a language barrier so luckily the gentleman she was speaking with had to relay everything I was saying to her. I put in an order for a drink and my food order. After waiting a while, i asked the gentleman at the bar if they gave out chips and salsa while waiting for your food like other restaurants. He said yes and informed one of the staff. If I didn't say anything I honestly don't know if they were ever going to bring out chips and salsa. When my order came out it was COMPLETELY wrong and looked TERRIBLE. I informed the bartender/waitress I was not going to pay for or eat something that was not what I ordered. I will not return to this restaurant nor would I recommend...

Ordered tonight for delivery from DoorDash, it’s about a mile from my house but i got home from work late and they were still open. I ordered the Pincho De Camaron, Tacos de Berria, 3 Quesadillas (steak and chicken) and chips and queso. The best thing of all was absolutely the Pincho de camaron (Shrimp Kebobs). They tasted grilled and were seasoned to perfect and very juicy and flavorful. All 3 quesadillas were also VERY good. The berria tacos i could have honestly gone without and will probably stick to Veronica’s on poplar level for Birria tacos, which are the best ive had in the country. They weren’t bad, the consome was good, they just tasted more like an authentic carne asada taco, which is to say, they were good, but not what i think of when i order birria. Overall, the food was delicious, and i will definitely order it again, and will definitely have to come by the restaurant to try more food in person!

First time checking this place out: The server was not attentive for how slow they were. If this is her first serving job or first job period, I'll give her a pass for lack of experience, proper training and knowledge. I liked the bean dip that came with the chips & salsa (runny), though for those who have a low sodium diet restriction, I do not recommend; very salty. My friend and I had the Lunch Special (on the 2nd page $10.99 each) Chicken & Steak Fajitas that was delicious and I loved the authentic shells. Short yet yummy Long Island Iced Tea ($5.99) & the Mango Cheesecake that reminded me of a Fruit Roll Up was tasty, however; not $12.99 costing more than the meal tasty... now I understand why your Drink & Deserts menu didn't list prices... shameful... I recommend taking some notes from El Nopal on New Cut Rd, they set the bar.

I bought the chicken enchiladas with yellow rice and black beans with an extra side of rice an beans, it took a long time to even receive my food for take out, the chips and salsa were not included I had to pay extra for them! The beans were bland no taste there was no flavor to the rice either and the enchiladas were like runny! The sauce was not thick therefore it made my tortillas soggy! I paid around 20$ for this meal that's an hour of work for me if I felt like it I would take the food back an demand my money back! Also the salsa to the chips taste like tomatoes nothing more nothing less! Don't waste your money.... now I know why the place is always empty when we drive by!
