Craft House Pizza - Colonial Gardens — Restaurant in Louisville

There was only two other tables when I came in here that had people at it. I sat at the bar by myself with no bartender. It was probably set the 15 minutes before someone come over and ask me what I wanted to drink. Got my drink and then the bartender that worked that night came in. She didn't even say hi to me or acknowledge that I was there. When I asked for silverware she kind of got upset that I even asked and looked at my pizzas if I needed one. She then went up to the front to talk to the rest of the workers. After eating my food I decided I need to do go to the bathroom. I literally set my beer behind the bar went to the bathroom and came back and no one even noticed I was missing. I literally could have walked out of here and never paid a penny for my meal. Craft House is just an excellent pizza place all around, and I'm glad to see one in the Iroquois Park area! Right away, I noticed their impressive beer selection and tried both the Blondie and Clyde and the Glass Hefe Full (both are great if you like lighter, citrus-y beers).

I started with the wings as an appetizer. You only have two choices for sauce (Buffalo or BBQ) but the Buffalo sauce was delectable and the wings were served crispy and hot, right out of the fryer.

The pizza is also incredible, and very reasonably priced. I got a 12" pie with three toppings for roughly $15, which I don't think you can get even at the pizza chains. And you have to try the thin crust!

This is an excellent place to bring family and friends, and perfect to sit outside on the patio when the weather is nice. I'll definitely come...

Walked in to a completely empty dining room with the exception of 2 men waiting for their to-go orders. We were seated and sat there for almost 10min, not a single person came to our table to take a drink order or any order for that matter, again other than my family of 3 there was NO ONE else in the dining room eating. We got up and left, on our way out I stuck my head in the kitchen area to let them know the issue and that we were leaving. There were 2 “managers” leaning up against some type of cookware or cabinet in the kitchen talking, another employee was sitting down in a chair in the back office. Not one time did any of them apologize or even attempt to make it right. They literally walked out, looked around the dining room and then walked back into the kitchen.
