Hardee’s — Restaurant in Louisville

I drive for Postmates to deliver food. When I first got the order to go to Hardee's on Fern Valley Road in Louisville Kentucky but ups that I was 12 minutes away with traffic it took a additional 3 minutes so 15 minutes to get there I waited three minutes in the Drive-Thru before ever being able to tell them I was picking up an order for Postmates. I was asked to drive to the window mind you there was only one car in front of me who is already taking off. When I get to the window I'm instructed the order still isn't ready drive around to the other side and they will bring it out to me shortly. I asked how long will it take the young lady at the window said about 15 minutes I explained it already took me 15 minutes to get there the order should have already been ready. I pull around to the other side and I continue to wait 20 minutes ago by I call and asked if I'm a walk-in know the doors are locked due to the corona. They said they are still getting it ready it took another additional 10 minutes so 30 minutes in their parking lot I wait for an order that you have already been ready when I got there three cars go through drive-thru get their food and leave while I'm waiting it was ridiculous. If you drive for doordash or Postmates or ubereats I must tell you to try your best to stay clear from any fast food restaurant they are...

Well this location used to be my favorite place to come and get breakfast in the mornings I will never be back to that location again! I've mentioned time and time again when it's happened to me before that please do not serve me a biscuit that's been sitting for an hour under the heat lamp that's scolding hot and you can't eat and it's too rubbery to chew and my hash rounds were cold too. I did not get to enjoy my breakfast this morning and I have told the manager there before when I come in and do not serve me old food that's been sitting, I'm sure past hold time under the heat lamp and what do they do, on the only customer in drive thru, they served me old food. There was no reason they couldn't fix my food fresh. I was the only customer in drive thru..I literally gave my order and got order and paid in about a minute. I should have known. This was the only restaurant I came too for breakfast. I will not ever be back to this location. Thanks for the breakfast I did not eat and the waste...

The BLT chicken sandwich and the cook is the o ly good thing about this Hardee's! I get that people are short staffed right now but the two ladies working the out front(counter and drive thru) did NOT even great the customer's and say sorry we are short staffed we will be with as soon as possible. No they just acted like there was not people there waiting to order. They young man in the back that was cooking by himself came out and took our order. The restroom had no toilet paper one of the two stalls. 😳 Over all it was just a terrible experience. I would have left if I was by myself but I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker and it was easier just to wait then leave. I ordered two number 12s crispy chicken and they gave me grilled which I was fine with and was not going to wait longer! My mom didn't like it but I thought it was actually...
