Guy working night shift tonight at 11:40 was very rude. Just because their speaker wasn’t working properly & he couldn’t hear , I had to speak up & repeat my order 3 times & he refused my service after that claiming I had an attitude when I was ordering. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant where they refuse to take your order just because they asked you to speak louder. I see that there’s other reviews on them not wanting to serve people so it’s clearly because he is to lazy & not wanting to do his job. He also claimed that he was a manager so I don’t know what kind of manager just speaks to people this way & refusing to work. When I asked to speak to the general manager she also came to the phone very rudely and was refusing to listen to my side of the story , letting her know that all I did was speak up so he could hear me. Customer service here was horrible and that’s not how managers should be speaking to their customers when I come to this Taco Bell all of the time & never experienced issues with anyone else other than the so called manager working nights & the manager named Courtney , she also refused to give out her last name after I informed her that I would be calling corporate. She very rudely told me to get out of her drive thru & doesn’t know how to speak to people. Won’t be coming here anymore , the Taco Bell down the street has way better customer service & actually knew how to speak to people plus they also have a speaker that works properly. didn’t have to yell my...
Read moreWhile this place has not been all bad, I have had the unfortunate experience to have gone there today to place an order and the conversation went as follows them- "Hi sorry we're- wait are you picking up an order?" Myself-"no I'm placing one." Their response-" then sorry, we're closed." I understand it can be difficult during weather, time, and lack of help, but they had company with them, (though not a worker), and a poor attitude. I was sent away and went across to waffle house which I'll be rating their wonderful service next.
Again yesterday and today, I went to this taco bell. They messed up my order twice on so told me to come back on. I recorded my stop there as well as the call I made to them. Today, I drive back as they told me to, to get a replacement on my order. When I got there (and again, recorded,) the "manager" informed me my name wasn't in the back for a replacement and without a receipt she could do nothing. I informed her I had the receipt and recorded my prior visit to which she still refused to replace my order. Unfortunately, I lost my temper with the attitude she gave so that was on me, but her professionalism for being a manager wasn't up to par either. I even informed her of the cashier's name on my receipt. No fixing or willing to fix. I still leave my rating as less than worth stopping at...
Read moreWhere’s the Meat?
Taco Bell used to be my go-to for a quick bite, but lately it feels like they’re cutting corners in all the wrong places. I don’t know who’s in charge of portion control, but the amount of meat in most items is laughable. I’ve opened burritos and tacos that were mostly tortilla with a sad little smear of ground beef hidden somewhere inside, like it's a rare treat instead of the main ingredient.
To make matters worse, they drown everything in sauce — not just a little, but like they’re trying to cover up the lack of actual food with a tidal wave of flavor paste. The balance is totally off. It's all goop and no substance. It’s like someone in the kitchen thought, “Hey, maybe if we soak the tortilla enough, no one will notice it’s half-empty.”
I get it — it's fast food. But even fast food should try to be consistent and not make customers feel like they’re being short-changed. For the price I’m paying now, I expect more than a soggy, sauce-soaked tortilla pretending to be a taco.
