Fire Oven Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

I found out about this Indian-owned pizza joint a few months back but didn't have the chance to try it until last night (4.19.25). My girlfriend is vegetarian, I am not, so it can sometimes be difficult to find something we can share for dinner. We got the Paneer Tikka Masala Pizza, and wow. I've only had a small amount of Indian food in the past (excluding frozen meals), so I am not super familiar with all the different flavors and unique items. I had never had Paneer, and wow, as a topping it is wonderful. Fresh jalapenos and red onions, a wonderful smooth tikka sauce swirled on top after baking. Even the garnish added a ton of flavor. Very good pizza. Next time I'll order 2 cause my wife and I usually split a small pizza and we only eat 1 or 2 slices. I know its only 11" but I don't eat large quantities of food at once. We eat small portions several times a day unless we are grilling out steaks in the backyard. The wings are awesome as well. They are put in the fire oven that make them a little blackened and tasty. I would have never know about this place but my son works at Ford and told us about Fire Oven Pizza. Warning! Food does not clearly label the ingredients for the Butter Chicken on the door dash application or website. While it mentions gluten no where does it mention that there could be common allergens such as nuts at all.

The butter chicken pizza has an entire layer of cashew sauce that is not mentioned that sent my daughter into a major allergic reaction that landed her in the hospital and required an epi pen and hours of suffering with full body burning and itching hives and difficulty swallowing.
