I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. While I value businesses in our community, I feel compelled to share my concerns in hopes of improvement.

Customer Service: I found the service to be unsatisfactory, as I was charged for multiple items/services that seemed unnecessary or excessive. Clear communication about charges and transparency in billing would greatly improve the customer experience.

Treatment of Customers: I observed instances where customers appeared to be treated differently based on their background or appearance. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Equal and respectful treatment of all customers is crucial for building trust and a positive reputation.

I hope you will consider this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your service and foster a welcoming environment for everyone.

Please ensure that your underage children are not working on the floor, taking money, or occupying all the tables. This establishment is a business, not a child daycare. Show respect and don’t hesitate to contact the labor department if you have any...

Food was very good, although not "authentic". I had the Habachi Steak and a Spicy Tuna Roll. Spicy Tuna roll was very good; 8 pieces, good size, spicy mayo on top. The Habachi Steak is what disappointed me and hopefully the owners will read this. The rice seems like store bought easy rice, not real fried rice with texture and flavor, but bland and dry like. And I'm not so sure if the steak was steak or a glorified pork. The flavors and vegetables were good, but needed more (eg. Soy, Garlic Butter, Love, all the stuff that makes habachi good). Wonton Soup had good flavor, but again could have used just a lil more.

Atmosphere is small, diner like, order at counter, get your own drink type of place. Not real habachi cook infront of you for any that are curious. Although very nice and clean inside.

They are a brand new restaurant as of Aug2013 so hopefully they will improve, but I am still giving them 4 stars for their excellent sushi and potential.

EDIT: Went back 6 months later and still the same. It is like a fast food oriental place if that's what you're looking for then this...

My husband and I absolutely favorite cheap Asian food take out place. They have all the traditional Chinese food combo's only made with better quality ingredients at the same price of the cheap shopping mall Chinese food places. Their Singapore Mi Fun is on point and the curry sauce is delicious. I love that you can order dumpling extra crispy and they're not all dough. The sushi is basic but delicious! Even the raw rolls from here are best of class. We love ordering the Singapore Mi Fun, orange chicken combo, extra crispy dumplings and a Philly roll or Sunday morning roll. This is the only place that you can order curry, basic Chinese food and sushi rolls all in one place. We order take out from here at least once a week. They also have habachi meals and bento boxes.
