Indi's Chicken — Restaurant in Louisville

My daughter and I went to Indi on 3rd Street, and our order was placed at 6:33 P.M. We were having meal for 10 people so we ordered a lot of food. We had been there before., however, this time our order took 45 minutes because everyone who came in after us got their chicken, etc., first. We ordered two sides of macaroni and cheese as two of our sides. After we waited 45 minutes, when we got home we realized we had one side of macaroni and cheese and one order if greens, which we didn't request. Or course, that was $80.00 later. I asked the lady behind the counter how it was coming several times and she said "It's cooking honey", I can't serve the chicken off the line. What the hell does that mean. Why couldn't the other people wait a few minutes, instead of us having to wait 45 minutes? This was after at least 30 minutes after the order that I asked.. Again, EVERYONE behind us was getting served almost immediately. Also, we requested 11 paper plates and never got one. Horrible place eat at or bring your family!! I use to eat here a lot, but Yesterday when I came in which is June 4, and order my food and my drink which was water there was a bug inside my ice frozen and one at the bottom of my cup I didn’t realize it was there until i finish the whole thing, and when I finished it I open the lid and two my surprise there they was and when I calming told the employees that my food and drink was tainted they acted like they didn’t care at all nothing was said not even sorry the manager was not there so the next day I came up to the store to talk to the manger just to let them know that there stuff had bugs in it and that I’m worry about the safety and health status of the people that’s constantly coming in and eating, he was a smart ass from the start of the conversation I asked him can I be compensated for my food ,I didn’t want the money back just my meal And to see him actually be worried about bugs being in there drinks and food. I know I’m ranting but I’m just very displeased with this...

If I could give this place a 0 I would but anyways if your reading this and going to purchase their food make sure to get a paper receipt they won’t tell you to make sure you get your receipt just in case THEY forgot to put something in your bag I have proof that I paid money there and they won’t take it so basically they just took my money no accommodation no understanding I will never go back and I will forever speak on how horrible they are because I work for my money to decide to spend it at this specific spot just to get it taken I don’t care if it’s 50 cents I work hard for my money so yeah hopefully no one has to go through what I went through of being robbed by a freakin fast food restaurant if the people in the back ate it when I left just say that but I did pay for it so an accommodation should have been made especially when you have the workers asking you if you need the receipt or not it should just be mandatory to give since it’s in yalls “policy” that no one can see but the...
