This is one the worst place I have receive customer service from. I came to the restaurant around 10:42pm on June 7th 2024. I came through the drive through. I ordered two thighs and three wedges. I was riding with a sister from my church. I was in the passenger side. When we got to the window, I asked the cashier if it was too late for me to order a leg with my ordered. She check and then was able to add it. But when I got my receipt of my purchase, it went from about $7 to $12.18. The receipt did not look right. I was concern why my orderd jump so high. I read the receipt and I was charge for two legs and I only ask for one. I attempt to get the cahsier attention at the window. She open it and I told her I only wanted one leg and not two. she took the ordered receipt and came back and refund my money and only gave me back the refund amount and close the window without no explaination of what she did. I try to grab her attention againg mutiple times but it look like she try to ignore me by turning her back against the window. I hunk the horn and ask for my receipt with the list items I purchase, and she told me that it is her copy and close the window and turned her back ignoring me. Finally the manager came in the window and I ask fo his help and told him of the cahier attitude. I had him charge me for the extra leg and it looks like he cash out the receipt for the hot sauce for me for free because I used my card. The Cahsier name on my receipt is Judith Ann J. Judith was very rude and unprofessional and should be fired because when I got home. I noticed that they gave me four pieces of legs and i only paid for two like I am so such of charity case. I work hard to pay for my food, I do not want to be part of any theft business she is part of or just this whole entire restaurant is part of. It seem like to me that this place of business is stealing and a audit needs to be done by the cooperation and the irs. PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM THE BUSINESS. I WILL NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I ordered a pint of macaroni, mind you its now $6, and received the half pint. I probably wouldnt have even called if they didnt raise their prices. But i called and got a huge attitude from the āmanager in trainingā. She didnt care at all and told me that i had to bring the macaroni to her, after im already home with my kids dinner. I got talked over the entire phone call to be told that the situation wouldnt be made right. I could tell she was about to hang up on me in the middle of me explaining things until i asked for someone else to talk to. I get that youre only doing your job and following ābusiness rulesā or whatever, but at least trying as a business to show that you care about the people spending $30 a meal, shouldnt be difficult. But on top of all of this she told me that there is a sign on the door to check my order, and i should have read the sign. You could have at least pretended you cared. Im not going to waste gas to drive all the way back, only to get what i ordered. And i have to give you the UNEATEN food, when my kids are hungry and want to eat now. Mcdonalds would have at least gave me a refund and i wasnt even asking for that. I shouldnt have to read a sign on your window to check my bag after a long day at work when my order paid for a part of your paycheck. YOU should have checked my order. Thats what you get paid for. Im not trying to be rude. Ive worked food service for years and this isnt how you treat people. I feel like ive been scammed. Indis has seriously gone down hill, and im not going to spend my money somewhere where im going to get treated like nothing, and end up with food thats an hour old. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just left this restaurant, Indies is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Louisville and Southern Indiana this experience kind of threw up a red flag with me. So I get here and there's a line wrapped around the building for the drive-thru so I decided to go in. When I go in I'm standing there for at least 5 minutes before they even take my order I only seen three employees one girl was feeling orders and taking her good old time doing it she was not in any kind of rush at all one other guy finally took my order but meanwhile he's walking back and forth literally just talking not doing anything like it's a Social Hour and then the girl stops feeling orders literally props her hip up against the counter and starts a texting conversation on her phone for at least 4 to 5 minutes and then gets back to feeling orders but like I said there was absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever even though they had a line wrapped around the building and then after about a good 15 minute wait for my food the guy pokes his head to the little window says your orders up and literally throws it on the counter and goes back to his conversation walking back and forth this is my first time coming to this location but man if I own this restaurant and knew that my employees are working at such a leisurely Pace while hungry customers are waiting and waiting and waiting I would not take...
