I waited 30 minutes for my order and then another 15 minutes for a refund at 10:15pm on a Friday night. Terrible service. They lied about my order when I went inside after 20 minutes. No one was in the drive thru when I went in the second time and it still took 15 mins for a refund. Complete waste of my time which left me with no food, just my refund and 45 minutes of my time gone.
I placed a mobile order here for 2 mcdoubles, 2 cookies and a medium fry. I went through the drive thru. The vehicle infront of me was sent to a parking spot to wait for their order to be brought out. I pulled up to the window to get my order, but they tried to hand me a drink. I said I didn't order a drink and the guy at the window asked what did I order. I just showed him my receipt and he glanced at the number and told me to pull into spot #2. After 20 mins and watching cars going in and out the drive thru I went inside. I spoke to him and said I've been waiting 20 mins. He looked at my receipt again and said "She's by herself". I said okay and went back to my car to wait. There were multiple people in there and no cars in the drive thru when I walked out. 3 walk-ins were completed. I went back in after 10 minutes and waited about 5 mins before someone came to help me. They were cleaning and restocking. I asked for a refund but they didn't know how to do it because I paid through Google pay on the app. Then they finally gave me a cash refund and had me sign for it. There was no regard for my wasted time. I told them I came in after 20 minutes and what I was told. I didn't see that same employee in there at all. My baby was finally at home napping with her dad and I was hoping to get a quick bite. Instead I'm more exhausted and more hungry. Thanks McDonalds...
Read moreThe only problem I have is the manager in the mornings every time I go here for breakfast and she’s her there is a problem. She’s a white lady short with blonde hair. I go this morning to order my breakfast before work. It was a line inside the dine in There was a black lady. I think she is assistant. She start taking orders upfront once she got to me she stopped and looked at the left. There was a lady standing up there White lady she was already standing up there before she started taking orders I said ma’am, I have to catch my bus for work why when you got to me you didn’t want to take my order. She said I don’t have time for this and got the manager the white lady with short blonde hair me and her had problems before she called the police army. I called the number inside the store about her. They end up giving me a voucher through the mail to get something to eat, and the lady told me that for her doing all of that, she gave her a day off to cut her hours. I told her that she said whoever told you that lie because they didn’t cut my hours and didn’t give me the day off. She said I’m bout to call the police on you again so I left and catch my bus and called the number on the board and talk to Andrea. she took my information I goes to work and wait till lunch break. Come to call to check to see. Have they done anything about this situation because I feel discriminated it was a man that picked up this time and said he is the director he said if you keep having problems there why do you keep going and he said if you go back, the police will be called. Read moreWorst fast food experience I have had in my entire life. Wait time from finishing our order until receiving food was 25 minutes. At the receiving window, the lady came up with our order, asked what our order was, and walked away with it. After proceeding to ask our order again FOUR times she asked for us to pay. We then handed her our receipt to prove we paid and we hoped she wouldn’t ask what we ordered again. She started laughing and mentioned she didn’t know who rang us up but we were over charged $6. She also didn’t offer a refund and walked away before we could ask her what would be done about it. We finally got our food and she tried to walk away without giving us our drinks. After getting our drinks we pulled up to discover both our fries were downsized (we ordered a M and a L and received a S and a M) which were both not even half full of literally cold fries. My Big Mac was oozing sauce and lettuce everywhere and the bread was so soggy it fell apart. My drink was also something I didn’t order and the wrong size. Im honestly worried about the lady because I think she might have been on drugs. Does covid mean drug tests aren’t required to work in fast food? She needs help and obviously isn’t being supported in the workplace.
AVOID this location. Please just go somewhere else. After this experience I’m honestly scared how long the sandwiches sat out before we got them and I’m worried I’m going to be sick.
