McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

Saturday morning around 8am,kiosk machines inside aren’t working so I had to order at the counter. I actually just deleted the detailed story of what happened because it’s lengthy,bottom line is the manager here at this time was the nastiest,rudest wannabe manager I’ve ever dealt with. I’m sure the owners of this place and/or McDonald’s corporate would never allow her to deal with customers if they would’ve seen her n action. The other employees were obviously scared to even look her way, and for good reason. We eat here quite a bit and I’ve seen her cuss at her employees and bully them but I really didn’t think she’d treat customers that way, especially when she was n the wrong. She didn’t even fully understand how the McDonald’s app and mobile ordering worked and the different ways it benefits the customer. She acted like everyone was stupid for not understand the process when she clearly didn’t ‘get it’. It was obvious she didn’t get it and had people around giggling with the way she believed she ‘got it’. There’s 5-6 of us that meet here a few times a week to eat, and she showed such a pompous,arrogant attitude that all of us have agreed not to come here again. If you’re a late eater like me, don’t bother going here. They say the “manager” makes them close up shop around 1015pm when the door says they’re open till 11. Got there at 1030, waited at the sign until 1040, went to the window and one of the employees opens the window after me waiting there for another 5 minutes and says “we’re closed” I pull up to the front door, and look at the hours, and says “Friday open until 11pm” pull back around again and the same guy yells out the back door, “we’re closed” so I say “the doors say 11” and he looks inside and says back to me “the manager has us closing, yunno, gotta listen to what the manager says” and walks back inside... what a joke. Pretty sure a few, if not most of the employees wouldn’t pass a drug test. Wouldn’t expect them to, but on the job? Come on. Multiple occurrences being here when an employee was having a hard time using the touch screen for me to pay because he was high at the time. Disappointing about who these companies are hiring to serve people food. Granted it’s McDonald’s, but...

This is the worst place to get a sweet tea. I just moved to the area and McDonald's has been the go to place for my beverage of choice forever. Now I have to find somewhere else. They know they have a problem.but yet do nothing about it. The manager after speaking to them on the phone is a rude one. She must like the tea she makes and doesn't care about the other quadruble millions served already that like it sweeter. I recommend Lees Chicken down alittle on the opposite side of the road. The employees tried to tell me to get the teaat night. Apparently the manager that messes up the tea everyday is a day shift person. I have not been able to test the theory but I do know that right this moment the tea sucks. Great Fry's, but bad tea. Manager you are the worst! Read the other reviews here, there is some issues. Mostly just sounds like the manager is a whiny women that has let her position make her a butt. Lucky she didn't choose to be a police officer because she would of already shot someone.
