Seen the TV AD Mc Donald's Donuts (called Donut Meals) The TV Ad shows these items covered with sugar over them Really !NOT The TWO BAGS we bought ! Talk about throwing your dough away. Want a Dounut Stick Try Little Debbie's, or Walmart's brand. Don't Waste your money on these things that taste like they took flour, water, corn starch and deep fried it. No filling, No sugar No Taste not even a touch of vanilla they are just fried pieces of hollow dough. Piss Poor. I'm calling it Horrible service. Very Disappointed. Management staff could not tell me type of hamburgers offered.. Really.. I asked do you have one with different bun a 1/4 lb burger with lettuce & tomato, Bacon & Manonaise. Manager said: you want quarter pounder?? I knew that wasn't it ( No! I said Wrong Bun ) I had bought hamburger before, but as I looked I couldn't find in Menu inside but it is on Menu in Drive-Thru. ( I know it is ) He ( manager night ) either can't understand English, or doesn't know the Menu himself... Not one White English speaking American born in the 1970s, 80s, 90"s were working there, this was 7:40pm Saturday night. Not long ago people were I want someone to understand what I'm saying & I want too be able also to understand what they are saying, in the state & county I grew up in. Not too mention...

I've used mobile ordering about 6 times since downloading the app. Tonight for my birthday my husband and I ordered 80 nuggets, 4 cheese burgers, a big Mac, and sauce for the nuggets at 7:29 i picked up the food. After leaving I found that we were only given 40 nuggets and the burgers. So I went back at 8:09. By the time I pulled up to the window and told "I'll have to find the order, pull into the handicap parking" from the manager at 8:15pm. I had to tell him at least twice what my order was orginally. That I was just there like 30-45 minutes ago. And that that it was a moblie order.

Then after waiting til 8:30pm I was told that "all I could see was 30 nuggets, 20 nuggets, and 40 nuggets." So I told him my order again and what I was missing for the 4th time at this point. And he said he couldn't find the mobile order. But never said my full order that I got back to me. Just that all he found was "30 nuggets, 20 nuggets, and 40 nuggets"

So with half of my food, out 14 dollars now, and just wanting to go home. I said okay and just left. This is ridiculous, and I get that it's just mcdonalds, nothing to crazy. And i hate leaving bad reviews But it's just the fact that I ordered the food, had the receipt, and then was told that I couldn't get...

Ok.. I don't know what is Happening at this McDonald's...I walk in and there's No One at the counter...5min go by and the employee who was cleaning the shake machine finished working and as he walked towards the back yelled something..Now mind you all this time I'm hearing laughing and talking in the back..A girl walks up finally and says would do you want and I said are you open?? And she looks at me and says, yesss in her Broken English and says Why you Ask that??I said because I've been standing here... I ask her name she says ELISIA??AND THEN TELLS ME SHE IS THE MANAGER... Shes shaking her head and now speaking in Spanish to her co workers, I place my order wich was 5.29 then starts arguing with me about me asking her that... I couldn't Believe it..AND SHES YOUR MANAGER????Si I tell her JUST FORGET IT GIVE ME A REFUND,BECAUSE NOW ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE LOOKING AT ME TALKING IN SPANISH...She says Fine ...punches things up on regisiter..AND WALKS AWAY SMILING???? MCDONALD'S!!! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN THIS STORE????8S THIS HOW YOUR MANAGER TREATS YOUR CUSTOMERS, IN FRONT OF HER EMPLOYEES??? IS SHE TEACHING THEM TO BE RUDE..AND LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS??
