McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

Went through the drive through and no one came to the speaker. I said hello several times. I pulled up to the first window and no one was there, but I waited. The line in front of me ended and there was still no one at the first window, so I continued to the 2nd window. I told the young man that no one came over the intercom to take my order and there was no one at the first window but I needed to place an order. At this time a line was forming behind me. The man told his manager and the manager told the employee to tell me to go back around and wait in line. I request to speak to the manager and got the window slammed in my face. I waited for the manager. Instead of coming to the window to address me, the employees started taking orders outside to the cars behind me. So I got ignored. I called the store to ask to speak to the manager and they kept hanging up on me. I then left a message for someone to call me. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service nor have I ever been treated like this. I called corporate to file a complaint and requested the owner call me. No one ever called me so I called corporate back for a follow up and was told, the owner wrote on the report that he called me and I’m now satisfied. This was false information. I never spoke to the owner or manager. I requested a call again and told corporate that this information was false. It’s been a month and I have yet to receive a call from the owner of this location. We ordered 3 mc chickens plain, a mc double, a happy meal, 3 medium fries, 3 large cokes and an extra pack of apple slices. We had to pull up and wait 10 mins for mc chickens, then when the food is brought out we asked if the extra apple slices were in the bag? The employee argued with us that we didnt order extra apple slices and they only rang up 1 because that is what the happy meal comes with. We tell her we paid for extra and reach to show her the receipt. At that point she had already started walking away and wouldn't respond to us when we told her we didn't receive the extra bag and had proof we paid for it. We decided one of us would have to go in and get them when another employee came out, also very unfriendly, basically threw the apple slices through our car window and walked away. To top if off, once we got home and started handing out the food, we find that our mc double never made it into the bag. This is the worst Mc Donalds. Only 2 of the employees are helpful...

Went in at noon with my husband to grab some food.This is very rare for us as we honestly either cook at home or if we go out, it isnt a chain or fast food. Now, granted they were extremely busy sat at noon..but the place was utter chaos, obviously short staffed and no one seemed to know what they were doing! We waited 20 min in the lobby watching and finally saw our partial order being put together. Asked for the rest of it, as we had been waiting so long and received blank looks and then everyone went back to whatever they were doing?? My husband, sharply said hey!.what about our order and the drive thru lady looks at us, laughs...and said she handed it out the drive thru window??? The best part is again, we were ignored until i raised my voice and demanded our money back. A manager appeared,apologized and gave us money back. Over 30 min in there and no food.
