I like to shop at Home Depot but last night and today came across the most rudest employee I have ever met I called their store last night after finding a DeWalt drill combo set on sale online asked if they had the one that was made in the United States they went and searched came back on the line and said yes he had one in his hand left around 9 to go get got there and no drill combo that was made in the USA found the employee I talk to he searched but acted like it was a big inconvenience he found one but was not USA made and said what's the difference I said I just prefer that I don't know if there is one so he told me they had no more that was it just that one so I continued shopping when I looked up and scene 5 on the rack above the drills and asked another employee to get then I bought it next day played with the drill found that both that drill and impact had problems and was a faulty set when into return after work no problem guy told me to go back and grab another one and bring it back to service counter well they was still up high on the rack ask someone to get them down and they called the same rude employee I met the night before who begin to be rude steal he asked what was wrong with them I told him he then went to get a ladder which took him 10 minutes he grabbed 1 and dropped it beside him about 4 ft it hit the ladder platform then grabbed another and placed it on top of the one he dropped he gave me the one he dropped and I just accepted it trying not to blow my cool walked up to the service counter where he persisted to follow me and passed me I returned it he grabbed the one that I returned placed a security alarm on it I walked away to look at drill bits when I seen him put the same one I returned on the Shelf to be purchased I then said sir you know that is faulty he told me to mind my own business and don't worry about it I told him that somebody's going to buy that and nobody wants to buy a faulty item he then begin to tell me don't worry about it worry about myself and we exchanged words then I told him I'll tell the manager spoke to manager he didn't act like much was going to happen to the employee so I just left but will be returning the item and not to give that Home Depot any more of my money do not buy power tools at least because they'll sell faulty ones and I sure don't want to buy a $300 drill combo that has been brought back as being faulty employees name was Tony and I will try to...

I purchased a dishwasher on August 22nd and I had to wait a week for it to be delivered and when it was delivered I found that one of the feet was missing and on closer inspection found that the threads for the foot was cross threaded which in order to fix the problem the dishwasher would have to be replaced. I called them the same day that the dishwasher was delivered and was told that everyone in that department was already gone for the day. So I called the next morning and was very rudely told that it wasn't their problem it was a vendor problem and I would need to contact GE. I explained to the lady Kim that I was told that I had 48 hours after I took delivery to let them know if there was problem . She very rudely again said sorry I was misinformed but there was nothing Home Depot would do because it was a vendor problem. I told her I purchased the dishwasher from Home Depot not GE and they should behind what they sell. She promptly said no Home Depot isn't responsible and hung up on me . I called back and asked to speak to the manager , another lady got on the phone and pretty much said the same thing . So I said that fine if they weren't going to help me I wanted them to come pick the dishwasher up and give me a refund , she told me if I was going to be like that she wouldn't try and help me by calling GE for me. I told at the time that's fine if that's all you can do . She called me back after an hour and said that she has gotten GE to agree to a replacement but it would be another 9 days before a replacement could be delivered to me. At this point after the way I've been treated by Home Depot employees, I will be taking the dishwasher back to them requesting a full refund . I will be going to their competitors to purchase a dishwasher that they have in stock and they stock most of the appliances they sell and won't be treated this way and won't have to wait two and a half weeks for a dishwasher. Bottom line I will never shop at Home Depot ever again. Horrible...

(And I been living here for 18YEARS)I brought an refrigerator from home Depot, last Saturday because my old refrigerator went out on me that Friday, (anyways) H.D. told me I won't have a delivery until Thursday 🙄ok coo.... That's mean we will be eating out EVERYDAY UNTIL then. Wednesday night delivery people called me, telling me they would be at my house between 12p-8p Thursday I said ok ..... I went to work got off @7a got home @8:05a I seen them in front of my house I waved them down to let them know I'm here, I got out of car to go into the house to moved stuff around just to go BACK outside for them to tell me it's a small space they can't put the refrigerator through the bushes, little did they know I'd just put a washer and dryer thru that same spot(actually all of the appliances)! I argued with them for at least 30min before they put the refrigerator back on the truck and told me they will be back around later today around 12p-1p now remember I would've already been up at least 24hours already that long.... I got somebody to trim the bush, BY this time it's 3p they didn't answer the phone when I called them at this time! I Called the supervisor, argued with them, now they agreed to be back at my house Saturday morning but they couldn't give me a time,Come Saturday morning, they said "It's too small they can't get it in that small space!" They just looked at it, they didn't try, they didn't even try to measure the spot, I asked the delivery people to just drop it in front of my house, I'll get it myself! They said they couldn't do that either it's a hazard! I told him to get the supervisor on the phone he said he has NO SUPERVISOR, I TOLD HIM TO CALL SOMEBODY he says it isn't ANYBODY....... I said all of this, just to say..... Go to LOWES, THERE DELIVERY PEOPLE DONT ACT LIKE THIS!
