Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Louisville

Raising canes doesn’t do as good as they used to. So, I used to dine-in with my family, food was served hot which I was satisfied with. I order drive-thru, it’s served not even at least warm. Charge extra leaving specific things I asked for as canes sauce didn’t even bother to give one, leaving out the toast which comes with the combo. I’m aware there are different workers every other day, but need to provide better quality food & better service. I tell them specifically what I want and they still get the order wrong. Tried to give me the wrong drink & worker was rude at me for no reason when she charged me extra money for a lemonade I didn’t ask for. Seems like some of the workers they don’t even care. What people pay for is not worth spending, don’t care enough for people to be satisfied with good quality & service. Surely there’s people who has experienced this more than once, not something I’ll continue to pay for every time. The service is poor including the quality...

Tonight was the first time that we've tried any Raising Canes. I enjoyed being able to eat in the dining room. The bread was the best thing that we ordered, it was fresh and delicious. The chicken tasted good, I like the breading however, it was the smallest chicken strips I've ever had. Not worth the price I paid for the meal. I didnt like the coleslaw, it was too tangy. The fries although their fresh and they are crinkle fries there not very big but they taste ok and there fresh. I ordered a combo meal and was still hungry when we left. Before we left I ordered extra bread for all of us though because it was delicious and to help fill us up. For the price I paid , we shouldn't have left hungry like we did. 2 strips would have been equal to the size of one strip at other restaurants such as...

EDIT: As of 01/01/2020 I've been here multiple times since the writing of this review, and all of my issues have disappeared. They've upped their service and still produce great food. Changing my review to 5/5

I've been here multiple times recently, and while the food is always on par with other locations I've ran into one or two small mistakes, mostly dealing with drive through visits. While it may seem petty, these things add up, as they've happened on nearly every visit. Several times I did not get the condiments I asked for, and most recently they took down the wrong combo.
