I have been a daily customer at the 3410 preston hwy louisville,Ky 40213 location since it was built. I have always experienced very good customer service until here in recent months. I have overlooked the rudeness of this employee, thinking that maybe she isn't a morning person. I get there shortly after the business opens. (Although I shouldn't have to make excuses for her) On 8-5-24 i ordered my daily large white mocha blender. When I got to the window there was no whipped cream, I paid for the drink and suggested that they let customers know when there isn't any whipped cream for I am one of them that doesn't like the beverage without that ingredient. So I gave the drink away to my coworker. On 8-12-24 I ordered my usual blender, waited in line, paid for the drink, and to my surprise, no whipped cream. I expressed my concern again, she offered a refund with an attitude. I accepted that refund and overlooked her rudeness per usual. On 8-19-24 I asked at the speaker if they were out of whipped cream she stated "YEAH" I left disappointed. On 8-26-24 no whipped cream, 8-27-24 no whipped cream 8-28-24 no whipped cream. I asked to speak with a manager today because it seems strange to me that for 3 consecutive days there hasn't been any whipped cream nor has there been any communication mentioned about a shortage nor an apology offered considering I visit this location DAILY. The rude lady gave me a business card and shut the window in my face. On 8-29-24 "Good morning. Are you all still out of whipped cream? No response..... I repeat myself, good morning. Are you all still out of whipped cream? The rude lady yells NO, okay, can I please have a large white mocha blender?" Pull around! She said......I arrive at the window, she opens it up, hands me a straw, and I have my app ready to scan. She scans it, hands me my drink, and shuts the window. I patiently wait for her to say something like maybe you had a reward that took care of it, thank you, have a good day or something to insinuate that we are done, nothing..... I pulled off, called and asked if I could talk to a manger please, I could tell it was the same lady, she says I'm the only one here. I asked, are you a manager she said no, but I'm the person you can talk to about complaints. BAFFLED because I know I will get NO WHERE with this lady because clearly she has some sort of problem with me. I asked her name and she said Kasey and spelled it out. LOL 😆 I just don't expect to get this type of treatment from a business that I spend money with DAILY. Kasey is the ONLY one that has ever been rude at this business.

The last time I was there I waited in line for 53 minutes because I was blocked in. I couldn’t understand what was taking so long the car in front of me was at the speaker, then when I got to the speaker the employee informed me that they were closing early until 4pm because they ran out of something. Got there waited 10 minutes in the drive through get to the window and they didnt have the ingredients to make my drink. Then there's the taste I ordered an iced mocha a bottom full of chocolate syrup, some ice and milk and a drop of coffee even ordered an extra shot there's no way that was in there.
