its Friday so the lobby shouldnt be closed, but when i walked in they said they couldnt take dine in orders and only accepted mobile or drive thru orders. the drive thru was wrapped around chilies and made it almost impossible to navigate the area. the cashier then referred me to a QR code and told me i needed to download the app to place an order. the menu was right there, and the worker is right in front of me, why cant i place an order? seems like a flawed business model to me. i dont want to have to go download an app and then make a whole account to try a $2 drink. this seems like a blantant information grab and i left the establishment without ordering anything. not to mention the business feels very transitional. not a place you would want to stay and have your drink at. they only had a couple of tables with some chairs set up, not much of anything else except for two signs with QR codes on them. Iām only 20 yet i feel like an old head complaining about the new digital age. bring back human interaction, not everything has to be done...

Line was backed up into the road, doughy raw cookie that wasnt even attempted to be baked, parking spots blocked by drive thru line, underrage workers running the already overcrowded stressful drive thru. As for the drinks they were good but I mean seriously everything they have there you can make yourself for much cheaper. its just soda and coffee creamer. i got sugar free sprite with strawberry syrup and vanilla cream and my wife got a fresca but of course tbey didnt have fresca so she got a sprite. i do like the sugar free options as a diabetic. The kids working were nice and semi professional but they looked to be no older than middle school. me and ny wife tried going two times before and one of the times they were out of soda. how is a soda shop out of soda? if you want overprice and over glorified soda with a disney ride wait time then this place is...

I didnāt know where the line starts and I looked for assistance but no cars helped me and so I got in line where I thought it did start and after i had 3 or so cars gang up on me and make my experience a living hell and the staff didnāt help it either. i had several staff come talk to me and tell me how cars were complaining about me and i was already having a very shitty day and donāt appreciate people trying to make it worse when it was a literal accident. iām just one car in hundreds lined up who also donāt know where the line starts. i was already clearly crying the service should not have ganged up on as well seeing that and knowing what i told them i donāt care if itās just to make the other customers happy. if i was someone in line and someone accidentally did the same i wouldnāt...
