If you don't mind being treated rudely, then this particular Taco Bell is right for you. The workers despise you when you visit. Instead of greeting you friendly, they say, "What's your order?, right when you pull up, and keep saying," Is that all is that all, Is that all? After everything that you order. Very rudely!! Most other Taco Bells ask how you are. This one just wants you to hurry up bc they do not want to be there, clearly. I visited them tonight around 9:40 on Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024. The woman on the intercom was so rude that i almost pulled away. It started to pour down rain. There isn't an awning at their drive thru intercom. So we had to roll the window back up while we decided what to order. The woman kept asking rudely what stuff we wanted. No patience what so ever as well as no manners. I ordered a cheese it tostado, she asked cheeze it only and i agreed thinking it was the one without a combo... got home and it's only just a Cheeze it cracker, nothing on it, just a cracker..unbelievable! They took longer than ever to make our order, so i was shocked to see that it wasn't dressed properly as the Cheese it tostado. ..They just hand out your food with no thank you, no smile not anything, usually no napkins no straws, no smiles, just plain rude attitude. The Mexican Pizza was all slopped together and part of it did not taste right, like maybe they did something bad to the food. I'm not 100% sure but it tasted badly, it literally smelled bad, was dry and slopped in the box. They took a really long time, and we were the only ones there for a good while. So you'd think they would have made it right. The woman at the window was rude as all get out. She did not make us feel welcomed. In fact, she acted like we were a burden. She just hands out the order, no thank you, we had to ask for sauce, and the look on her face looked like we were really putting her out of the way. So lazy and disrespectful! We will not be back!! We live in the area, but I'll drive to a further out Taco Bell just to get good service. If I could give 0 stars...
Read moreI placed an order on the kiosk because the manager had no one to work the register. I placed my order and waited and waited. Food for three people that ordered after me came out. Then my food came out and was wrong. The manager saw me standing at the counter after another employee alerted her after he watched me standing there for 4 minutes. The drive-thru worker walked past me 6 times and never acknowledged me. After the manager saw me, she said to the worker “she’s gonna have to wait, the drive-thru is more important.”
THIRTEEN MINUTES later, I called the store and she answered on the first ring. I said “I’m at the counter and have been ignored for more than 13 minutes” and she started to argue immediately that she was really busy. I said that I was a paying customer and my entire order was wrong. She finally came over and said “all these people were here before you, do you expect me to stop what I am doing?” And I replied, “yes, because I am also a paying customer and there is not a single person in this store that was here before me.” She proceeded to argue with me and eventually gave me a full refund for my food. Her explanation for the food being wrong was that all the people on the line were non-English speaking and couldn’t read the orders. That is such a copout because there are plenty of restaurant workers that don’t speak English and they are very successful at delivering food. This is 100% a poor...
Read morei’ve been going to this taco bell for 4 years and i don’t think they have EVER got my order right. it’s so bad we usually drive to the bashford manor location. well, today i made the mistake of giving this location another try. HUGE MISTAKE! my spicy loaded taco didn’t have any jalepenos like it is supposed to. i got an extra mystery burrito that i didn’t even order. so i’m sure someone is missing it from their order. i usually just deal with it, mistakes happen. i am a manager at a fast food restaurant....for my order to be incorrect every time... there is a huge problem with staff there.
i’ve never wrote a review on here. however, i decided to this time because of the attitude of your cashier “erin s.” (on my receipt) she started handing us the wrong drinks, and when told that, she ROLLED HER EYES and said they were ours. WHAT?? so i called the store and spoke with the manager about this. his response. “ill replace the two tacos” 😂😂 no apology...not even worth my time, so i figured i’d make a post on their public page. for a manager to not be concerned about his employee being so openly rude is disappointing. i’m sure she treats other customers this way, i can’t be the only one. this location is not even that busy. terrible service! i will gladly drive a few extra miles to the bardstown rd location. i always get what i order, and the food is...
