This White Castle used to be pretty good. Wonderful staff, fast serving good food. Service with a smile and food in a pinch when you're working the third shift. Sadly that is no longer the case. They are unprepared and don't give a damn. I put my order in on line Antonio be done in 10 minutes after that I called me an Uber and my Uber took 14 minutes to pick me up. As soon as me and my Uber pulled up to the drive-thru which beside servicing one car was pretty empty and the dine-in was closed. This is why I order my food online because Uber has a limited wait time during their stops. I pull up to the drive-thru and she asked me to hold on for a moment. I've waited more than 6 minutes to just to let her know that I have an online order to pick up. She asked me please hold. Which I don't know why she was holding because like I said the dining room was closed and I was the only car in drive-thru. White Castles of the 24/7 restaurant. She finally asked me my name for the order I give it to her and she tells me the price and then tell me to pull on up so they can make it for me. I PUT IN THAT ORDER 20 MINS AGO! It was a shareable number 9 which takes about 5 to 6 minutes prepare. That order should have been done! The only note I've written for them to make and prepare once I make it to the restaurant was my shake and drink. Everything else they could just make before I reach the destination. This staff was unprofessional and...
Read moreThe worst White Castle I’ve ever been to. I went to Louisville KY on a nursing assignment & took my kids along to go to Kentucky Kingdom for my daughter’s birthday. We stopped at the White Castle as we were about to hit the road heading back home to Nashville TN. The doors were locked to the dining room so we couldn’t dine in even though it’s supposed to be a 24hr dining room so we went through the drive through. We were shorted a entire meal. When we realized we were shorted the meal I checked my receipt to see if we were charged for it and we did pay for it so I gps’d my way back to the restaurant all to be told that they were not going to give us the meal. They even went as far to lie and say that they checked the camera and we were given the meal. The meal wasn’t in the bag at all. I’m not sure if they gave it to another customer or not but regardless wrong is wrong and I paid for everyone in my family to eat and it’s not right for them to withhold what I paid for. If you go to this White Castle I don’t care how much the line is backed up, CHECK FOR ALL YOUR FOOD at the window because if you trust them and try to move along so that their long line of customers can get serviced they won’t take care of you if anything is wrong past the window. I had pay twice for one meal. I spent a full hour all together just trying to get my food. It’s ridiculous and I’ll never go to this location if I’m ever...
Read moreI mean, it's White Castle. Normally the food is fresh, hot, and tasty (but with lots and LOTS of onions). Well, my problem with this location is that my order is almost always messed up. On this particular visit, I only ordered a few things so I could feed my son before taking him to school after a doctor's visit. Yep, you guessed it.. they still managed to mess up an order containing only 4 items. The slip-up wasn't that bad, I ordered a double CHEESEburger but as I pulled away from the window and gave my 8-year-old his food we noticed that there was NO CHEESE. Not a big deal, right? Wrong! I pulled back around the drive-thru and politely told the lady that I'd just been through but my burger didn't have any cheese. She asked me to come in. Ugh! I was thinking "Well, I decided to use the drive-thru for a reason" but whatever. By the time I backed up and parked she was standing at the door holding a bag. I thanked her as I was getting out of my car and asked if she wanted the other burger back. She replied, "No, there's just a slice of cheese in there." Then closed the door. How rude! She was all upset like I didn't make her burger right. So, I had to put cold cheese on a...
