We were first greeted by an announcement that all breakfast items are out of stock. Serious bummer, as we were looking forward to breakfast.
Coffee is over-roasted and tastes burnt and bad. Worst than Starbucks. Seriously poor coffee.
They have a 4-oz macchiato on the menu. I asked if this was the true Italian macchiato (espresso shot and 1oz of foam-style) and was told that it is indeed. Sadly I received a Starbucks-style macchiato. Wrong.
Attendant was completely clueless as to how to make a proper macchiato. Claimed they don't have small cups to make a true macchiato. I suggested they take the macchiato off the menu then, because you do not know how to make it and do not have the right ware to serve it.
Ordered some meat pies to go. Expensive, dry, unremarkable.
