The Fox Den: Billiards, Bites, Brews — Restaurant in Louisville

From the moment we walked in, we knew the night wasn't going to be great. The guy at the door greeted us by letting us know there was a pool tournament going on. As we looked at him with confusion (like what does that have to do with anything), he proceeds to tell us the only pool tables available were 2 large ones in the back. That was perfectly fine because we were only there for drinks and food, the pool tables were just a bonus. After my group was seated, we waited for about 10 minutes before I got frustrated and went to the bar to see why no one was helping us. The lady stated that she was making her rounds and would be right over to us. Another 10 minutes had passed and still nothing. Mind you, the place wasn't all that packed. So I go back to the bar and the lady again states that she will be with us. Another 10 minutes go by and nothing. At this point, we are ready to leave and go somewhere else where we felt welcomed. So I go to the bar for a third time and a guy tells me they are all working together and I could put our orders in with him. That would have been nice to know from the beginning. After that, the night went pretty good and the 2 guys helping us were really cool. The wings and pizza were good, as well as the cocktails. The bouncers are awesome at what they do security is top notch, there I was showing my back side as I tend to do when I drink , and before you knew it. I was snatched up by my belt buckle the back of my neck collar . By this incredibly strong but agile human brick House, and tossed out like a bag of old garbage. It was exhilarating. To say the least , Never have I ever been manhandled. With such Elegance and passion, I've been roughed up by police before. but it was nothing like this experience. Five stars . For giving me a night that I'll remember. Fox den you all rocked my world and my body, I was never worthy of such mishandling but you made it my night , one in which I will relive over and over. In my nightmares. Thank you. And you did this for free, I didn't even have to pay for this experience. Most people pay hundreds even thousands. And having to find the right discreet person on Craigslist just to do it. You are worth every penny I spend there. So for a good place to have good times. Definitely...

Went in had a blast. Never had to wait for anything. Played pool, great atmosphere. Fun energetic people well reserved EXCEPT At the end of the night my husband yes was a little tipsy and one of the workers assaulted him due to him walking out with a beer. He came back in to find me the worker slammed him from the side. Will be an investigation and charges filed. If shown on cameras my husband did nothing to this gentleman, besides walking out with a beer just like every other person whether front patio or back door.none the less many of other guys getting into fights but never slammed to the floor and still allowed to stay in building. They had plenty of staff taking good ethical decisions but the man at the door was unethical and has no business...
