Tim Pages Cornerstone (BBQ) — Restaurant in Louisville

We dine out for special occasions (6 or 8 of us) like: birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Last night for our friend's birthday, we ordered an appetizer to share & 2 samples of Merlot wine before we ordered a bottle. It took 20-25 mins. to get appetizer which was left by server and NO PLATES for sharing!! Our friend's cocktail had not been served, our wine samples had NOT been served even after 2-3 reminders!!! Dinners were delivered FINALLY after an hour!! ALL DINNERS were WRONG & salads had NOT EVEN been SERVED yet & our b'day friend had not even received his soup either!!!! Another waitress, Melissa came, asked what problem was and apologized & said dinner selections would be corrected and Manager would be coming. When David, Asst. Mgr. finally came, we informed him we had been waiting for wine samples over 45 minutes, so that we could order a wine bottle or bottles. Thankfully, within 5 minutes we had samples, we ordered our wine bottle. Had we gotten samples sooner, we would have ordered a second wine bottle. Once dinner selections were corrected, we all agreed our steaks were prepared according to our expectations. We thanked our second waitress, Melissa, & David, Assist. Manager, for taking steps to correct the dinner nightmare. First waitress NEVER came to check on our table's needs. I live right around the corner from this place and I drove by and it smelled amazing so I decided to stop in.. They were not busy they did not offer me a menu they just told me what food they had to offer so I got the rib tip dinner I was told the price was 1750 well after taxies and a two-dollar tip the total was $23 .math was not one of my best subjects but I was overcharged I could say $3 but then I get home and I look at the menu online and it says a rib tip dinner is $15 could be an old menu I don't know and then I did not get my corn bread to top it all off so I will be calling them tomorrow to find out the true price of the dinner that I had and I will not be back.the food smells way better than it tasted my ribs were not tender as a matter of fact they were kind of harto chew. and again I didn't get my cornbread. the potato salad was great my baked beans spilled out in my bag before I even got to the car. I went in and asked if they had baby back ribs. The guy told me they had spare ribs. I said I wasn't a fan of spare so he says hold on and walks to the back. He proceeds to come out and tells me they have baby back ribs. Ok so I order the rib dinner. He brings my order out a few minutes later with my sides and cornbread. He shows me the food to make sure it's correct. I noticed right away they were spare ribs. I'm not stupid. I can tell the difference between spare ribs and baby backs. I took them anyways and left. So to the owner, tell your guys not to lie to customers. It's not good for business. I will say the Mac and Cheese and Green Beans were fantastic. The cornbread was good to. Very moist. Just know I wasn't happy but I wasn't gonna cause a scene in there. I took them and left knowing I didn't have baby back ribs. Five starts for the food because of the sides.
