It's time corporate gets involved at this Wendy's. This place is trashed up. Not only the surroundings of the building and inside but also the workers. trashed out table , not cleaned off. Sticky floors and countertops, Garbage surrounding the place. Workers smoking and smelling of pot like they just got sprayed with a skunk. , employees serving cold food. Fries that have been refried after being old so they become chewy and nasty. I Bought a Wendy's burger three days prior to this. with three patties , the patties were cold, the grease had already solidified solid on the top. Ya that's how cold they were.. and I just received them pulled in the parking lot to eat them and ya cold the manager would not refund me a remake it. .my order was missing stuff in my order. She claimed it was in the bag. But I paid for it. It was definitely on the receipt. But definitely not in the bag. ..You got very lazy workers , workers hygiene is definitely a problem. Customer service is really bad and rude. A Nightmare Apparently they don't need customers. Apparently their motto is. the customers need them they don't need the customers. Because that's how they acti. And according to the manager. you can only feed three out of your four kids . The workers don't want to work that hard . so they limit your orders to three meals, because they're too lazy to do 5 meals. so if you have four kids like me you're screwed and so is one of your other kid's, that's right you can only get three meals for your 4 children .so you'll have to decide who to sacrifice . because if you have four kids the other one has to go hungry , according to the manager. There's a three limit meal here. at this Wendy's. No We're not talking any big special or coupons. nope . just 4 $5 biggie bags.and a number 2 , But the lady said I can only order three meals. I don't know what power trip she was on. So we went to Burger King. why she didn't just have me pull forward and wait. Or come ln side is beyond me. what is wrong with people today. I have lost all hope for humanity at this point đ Wendy's has always been my first choice of fast food restaurants but from now it's going to be my last. Get it...
   Read moreThis Store has good food, but their drive thru line seems to be slower than a snail. Youâll be better off going inside placing order and leaving if in a hurry. Store is clean and the employees are friendly. Also double check your food order once you receive it. Several times, Iâve had to go back up to counter to get an item or two that was not put in the to go bags.
New update on last visit to this same Restaurant. Went thru the drive thru line and ordered (2) Cheeseburgers and (2) cups of Chili. Pulled up and paid for order, got order from employee and went on over to my In-Laws to give them the food order. They had requested that if I didnât mind to drive there and get the food order for them. They are both in their mid to late 70âs. I opened the bag and noticed that the order was short a burger. Father-In-Law refused to let me call and complain about being short changed on the order I paid for. But I felt bad for the messed up order, since my In-Laws live on a very fixed income and expect every penny they spend to be spent wisely and get everything they pay for, for their money. Ok, so they split the burger and each have a cup of chili as their dinner for the evening. We chit chat for a bit and I leave about 30 minutes later. The next day, I receive a phone call from my In-Laws telling me that either the burger or the chili gave them both Food Poisoning to the fullest. Both were throwing up and doing their business on the toilet at the same time as the bad food made itâs way through their bodies.
So I and my In-Laws have marked another Restaurant off our list of places to buy fast food from. For the fear of getting Food Poisoning again from this Restaurant just out weighs the thought of eating...
   Read moreMarch 13, 2022 12pm - 2pm whoever the manager is needs to be fired. Older women but she definitely doesnât know customer service. Cussed at us and tried to rush us at the intercom. We get the line is long, we know because WE WAITED in that same line. We paid 26$ for them to give us the wrong order. Wrong sandwiches* asked for a Dave double & big chicken bacon sandwich. I got two measly burgers that look over cooked w cheese. Neither had bacon. Plus I asked for a chicken sandwich. WHERES THE CHICKEN?! I called and even spoke to her to tell her the attitude at the window was off and that our order was wrong and she just told me to speak to another manager and hung up. Of course, I called again and she didnât dare to answer again but had the line cook who makes burgers answer. He busy making food and you got him doing your job because yk your attitude was wrong. The way you speak to ppl is rude. You definitely need some training again. Idk what it is but management does need ALOT revising and trust me imma talk to the next shift manager about this too. HOPEFULLY they got some sense. All this could be avoided if you came correct & didnât rush. I was very polite at the intercom. I just ignore it at first because I get ppl had bad days but taking it on people who didnât do nothing to you. Gave all that attitude n rushed us to not even get our order right. Smh.
