Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisville

Waited in line behind one other person for any one of the people that kept looking at us to take our orders or even let someone know we were there. Ww waited for about 5 minutes before my wife spoke up to the employees about no one at the register. The employees suddenly were like wheres Rosa? The manager comes to the front, cant log in to the computer, Rosa then pops out of the rest room obviously not knowing that she couldnt just leave the register. This could have been the end of it, but it wasnt. Took my daughter to the table, got my wife and I some drinks, went back to the front counter grab some lids back to the table to put them on the drinks and then got condiments ready and raken back to the table. Maybe this took 5 minutes. Went to the counter where my tray was still completely empty. I waited patiently as i watched Rosa mess around with door dash orders while the person making the sandwiches was stacking up orders. Another 5 minutes passes by and i start to get frustrated as my lunch is only 30 minutes long. I speak up and ask if they can just throw my food on the tray so i can eat before i have to go back. The drive thru person comes to the counter with an attitude telling me that i dont have to be disrespectful. He asks which order is mine, i point to the tray ad he takes the whole tray and puts my food on it ir at least most of it. Had to ssk for two cookies and drive thru got more attitude even tho i asked politely. Kept referring to me a disrespectful. Again, couldve been the end but i got back to the table and my sandwich was wrong. Smfh. Will not go...

They use old hamburger meat for their chill and ive watched them do it. A blonde lady told a confused employee "scrape off the cheese and use that as chili meat". When an employee quit she told me that they never changer their lemonade, the only time it gets changed is when it runs out. And the jugs never get cleaned either. A young employee with a huge attitude gave a man and woman a real hard time and tried to fight them just because she wanted to be disrespectful. Ive been up there so many times i know who is a problem starter, a short blonde manager always starts problems with a younger employee even when he was doing what he was asked. Its amazing what you can see from the front counter like the employees stealing cookies, managers spilling product on the floor, employees pranking other employees, employees flipping off cameras, the list goes on. I did enjoy the service of a short Southern African American employee, he was very kind and made sure we was satisfied but he is no longer there. The burgers are old and flavorless, thr fries are over salted and cold and sometimes still frozen, the chicken for sandwiches is sometimes hard or raw in the middle; ive even bit into a raw grilled chicken. I could go on but my point is...

If I could give this restaurant no star I would. I am embarrassed for them. Coming from someone who used to work for Wendy's you should be ashamed. I ordered through doordash tonight and what I could was absolutely reprehensible. The 10-piece "crispy" advertised nuggets are anything but. Cold. Tasted as if they had said in the warmer all night. The Fry's that you guys say are the best in town. always hot, always fresh.. were not. They were over salted and cold I'm raising two young black boys so we do worry about how cholesterol and high blood pressure. I ordered a salad from my mother who is 78 years old she asked about it all day we were going to order pizza but instead we ordered Wendy's so she can get the salad cuz a lot of those pizza places don't sell them anymore. It was brown!!!!! literally Brown. Plus, no dressing, how disappointing. The condiments for the nuggets weren't sent either. This is a $40 order sitting on my counter and I'm making grilled cheese. Doordash is a joke. I have since deleted the app. you should definitely be vetting your restaurants that you are allowing to serve your customers.
