Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisville

I ordered at 1:48p and didn't receive my order until 2:15p. It was only two meals, not a huge order. The front counter girl was amazing. Her name was Alexis, but the manager was horrendous. Her name was Ms. Queen, or at least thats what some people who asked was told. At least 2 other people had to wait a very long time because there order was incorrect. One of whom ended up leaving because they were taking so long. He wanted his money back, but the manager wouldn't come to the front to approve the refund. I placed my order at 1:48 & didn't receive it until 2:16, so almost an entire 30 minutes. They were not even busy when I arrived. Only 2 other people inside the restaurant, both of which had already ordered. When I did get my order, one sandwich wasn't made right and our fries were cold. (Cold fries are the worst.) There were a couple people who came in after me and some of them ended up leaving because everything was taking to long. The manager had yelled at the front counter girl so bad that she went in the bathroom to cry. Myself and two other people in the restaurant were pretty upset by this. We were all talking about how the manager was being rude and unprofessional when another worker came to the front. One of the ladies asked for the managers name and I guess the manager heard her because she came up front asking why she wanted to know her name. (Very rudely too.) The lady told her because she wanted to call corporate and that's when the manager lost it. The other lady standing at the front told the manager that she was being very unprofessional and that's when the manager said that the two ladies, who came in separately, had to leave because they were being disruptive. They were not being disruptive at all. She yelled at Alexis more because she had went in the bathroom to cry. I myself am in management. I manage a retail store. I would NEVER talk to employees like that and I would NEVER EVER treat customers the way she did. I tried to fill out the store survey online, multiple times, and it kept either not loading properly or starting over once...

Horrible customer service from the night manager on July 1, 2018. My husband chose to grab dinner quickly here because it was late and we had just gotten back in town. We order 2 kids meals. A family size nuggets and 2 value fries. When my husband checked our order the fry container had 7.... 7..... French fries in the container and were stale and dry !! So my husband asked the manager for more fries and he responded very rudely and refused to give us more fries! The customer next to us even questioned us about the amount of fries we got. The managers excuse was "he was out of value containers" . The professional thing to do would have been to fill the container up regardless of the "Size" container it was supposed to be , it is not the customers fault that you are out of the size they ordered. You could have explained the issue , WE would have been more then willing to pay for the upgraded size if that was needed, Instead your manager argued with us to the point we asked for our money back or fill my containers up! He still did not make the problem right , to me that is beyond unprofessional and we will no longer be customers of this store. I can only hope Wendy's owners and corporate offices aren't accepting of this behavior in their establishments because it gives them all a bad name when they allow their managers to act in such...

First time visiting this Wendy's. Ordered and ate in the dining room, which only had one person eating in. For the record I'm really beginning to not enjoy giving reviews lately. The passed few have not been good and I absolutely hate giving bad reviews. So I will make this quick and short as possible. First the staff was friendly enough, so no complaints there. But the soda machine was in a very dirty condition. It looked like there had been an soda explosion of some sort. It was also out of HiC, Coke, and ice machine was not working. The ketchup dispenser was empty also empty. The e countertop whew.... I didn't set my tray down on it, if that tells you something. The table we found was fairly clean though we did need to pass over a couple that needed to be wiped down. The floors we sticky, and some scattered pieces of napkins and straw paper told me it hadn't been swept for several hours, if not all day. So when we got our food, my expectations weren't very high. Surprisingly, the food was delicious! The double cheeseburger was perfect, fries were hot and great. So it ended up working out. Hopefully, this review will bring attention to the staff to be aware that not many people want to eat in an unclean dining room, I hope whomever was involved in the explosion of soda...
