Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Louisville

I probably only eat here a couple of times a month, but it seems they've fallen into line with a real pet peeve of mine. If I drive to your place of business, come inside and wait in line for a dine in meal, I should not be lowest priority on the totem pole after all your drive thru orders, door dash, whatever. After waiting behind multiple other people that made their orders, when it was my turn, as the last person in line, I was left hanging, while they took care of other stuff. Then they told me multiple times that they'd be with me in a bit. Not sure why they arbitrarily decided to stop taking orders with the guy in front of me, since I was the last counter order, and make me stand around, but after 10 minutes, and still not having even placed an order, I decided to just leave. Why put up with it, when there are far too many other places to eat in this area that have faster and better service? I literally went across the street, ordered and got my food from somewhere else in half the time I stood there at Zaxbys, just waiting to place an order. I'll still eat at Zaxbys just...

Visited last evening ten minutes before closing and was greeted by Joshua. His energy was amazing. He did not mind we were ten minutes to closing and smiled the entire time. Now normally I wouldn’t go to a restaurant when they are getting ready to close, but we had a hour drive to home and was super hungry. The food was hot and fresh. Joshua needs to be the manager, assistant manager if not already. He was the kind of customer service everyone wants, especially in this day and time. We waited on fresh food and let me just say….. it was awesome! I hope he gets recognized and promoted. Little did he know my family and I were going through tragic news received and his smile and customer service went along way. We had the privilege of him even bringing out our food to the car. Awful customer service young woman at the drive-thru window actually yelled at me her name started with a k I'm not sure what a real name was I had the receipt but I lost it but it was a few days ago but they had me pull over and wait for my food which was no problem brought the food out but they didn't bring my two soft drinks that come with the meal so I told the young girl which was very nice that I needed them she went back up to the drive through window until the lady there was originally rude to me and then she had to come all the way back out with my two drinks didn't say sorry didn't say thank you didn't say anything was very rude never go back to the Zaxby's again yet , car beside me had two African Americans waiting on their food and we had the windows down and when they got their food the person delivering their food so we are so sorry for the delay hand on their food we didn't get the same customer service I feel that because we were white they...
