First, everything I ordered had chicken. No chicken until tomorrow - normally not a huge deal, but seeing as I had 3 tacos and a crunchwrap it was harder to work with. Decided to sub my chicken for steak excluding my nachos - which I wanted plain. My order was simple: Nachos Bellgrande - No beef, No beans, no tomato, extra sour cream, extra nacho cheese 2 soft taco Supreme - sub beef to steak, no lettuce, no tomato 1 crunchwrap combo - sub beef to steak on both taco and crunchwrap, no lettuce on the taco, easy lettuce on the crunchwrap, no tomatoes on both, extra sour cream on the crunchwrap So why did I get the exact opposite of that? Beans, tomatoes, and lettuce on everything. In other words, everything I modified was wrong. It's also clear they added two tacos that are just meat and sour cream - which is NOT what I ordered, but probably the only thing in this bag I'll eat. After waiting in the lobby for nearly an HOUR, I expect at least a correct order, but staff kept getting sidetracked and distracted by everything else going on instead of making an order. I'm including a picture of my receipt so maybe someone can tell me how this got botched and confused. The drink was right. . . Because I asked for a cup and filled it myself. But that's the only accurate item on my receipt. Normally don't have an issue on the drive thru side, but I'll never step foot in the lobby again. DO👏 BETTER👏

Really disappointed to have to give this Taco Bell one star. Went through the drive thru. There were no cars, I was the only car. I ordered a chalupa meal and a burrito box. The lady in the window seemed lost, but I chalked it up to maybe being new. I get everything but I had to prompt the worker as she forgot my drinks and burrito box. No big deal. Get home, my boyfriend begins eating a says something is weird about his chalupas, he looked at them and they were not chalupa shells! They were deep fried soft shells. They were both hard and crunchy! I was not told they were out of those shells! The I open one of my crunchy tacos and all I did was pick it up and the bottom completely fell out, my boyfriends taco did the exact same thing. Then I bite into my burrito and find that there was absolutely no meat and barely any cheese it was just a tortilla roll! Normally this taco bell is really good, never had any issues, but tonight was the worst experience ive ever had at a taco bell.

Went in to the store because cars kept backing out of drive thru. Walk in, waitee a few and someone asked if I was ordering and when I said yes, I was told to use the kiosk. Place my order, and several minutes was told they had no tomatoes, I said ok. Get my cup no ice and drink tasted horrible like dirt and flat. Get home not only no tomatoes, no lettuce either. Meat wasn't even fit to eat. Was charged for supreme, and it only had sour cream, cheese and what they called me at. Even the cheese roll ups were sad, maybe a teaspoon of cheese on them. Contacted corporate and nothing yet.

*UPDATE TRIED GOING BACK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE REMEDIED THE SITUATIONS BUT THEY STILL HAVE THE DUMBEST PEOPLE IN THE ARE WORKING THE DRIVE THRU!!! I DON’T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE FINDING THESE FOOLS. This place has gone to hell in a hand basket. I would post negative stars but I have to give at least 1. The female manager whether she is a shift manager or actually a manager is going to end up causing the customer base of this store to leave and never come back. My order was messed up and I had to return to the store to get it replaced. She only wanted to replace items that were messed up and by the time I would have gotten back home everything would been cold. All I wanted was the order replaced. She asked for the GM to come to the counter after acting pretty obnoxious. The GM was going to refund my order and I explained to him what I was wanting. The GM was very nice and professional but the female manager later returned to the counter to get a cash drawer ready for changing out in an attempt at intimidating me so I walked away to get away from her. If she acts like this I can only imagine what she treats her employees like. I suggest that you go to another location like Greenwood Rd. or the location by the McDonalds further north on Dixie Highway. You might have to wait longer but at least you might get your order right the first time and not have to return up there and treated badly by a manager that just didn’t want to work on Christmas Eve. I believe that I will take my money and spend it at the Hispanic Food trailer across the street because they truly appreciate your business and their food is a lot better. This restaurant needs a LAW SUIT. I went to taco bell after 7 pm. My order was incorrect. So I pulled in a parking spot to get my missing items and the door was locked. Which made no sense considering they had a restaurant full of staff and 3-4 people packed at the drive thru window. So I had to go back and sit in the long line just to get some dang chips and tomatoes. I told 3 people my order was incorrect. The manager, who didn't address herself, ask what was wrong so I told her and that it needed to be made over! She replies "You don't have to be rude and pull up!". Mind you I wasn't finished telling her how incorrect the order was but she had dropped of the intercom. When I got to the window she sent one of the teenage girls to window to have me repeat, again, what was wrong with my food because of course she didn't come. The teenage, laughing with the manager, took my food, gave it to the manager who added the tomatoes to the tacos and through in a bag of chips and through it back out the window. Now one thing I know is you NEVER I MEAN NEVER give food, take it back and give back out the window at a fast food restaurant. I had to call 3 stores to get her managers name. I'll be calling him, the corporate office and the district manager if I can find them too because this store has gone down hill. Taco bell doesn't get any more of my $$$$$$$ I don't care what store it is. I didn't even eat the food. It was obvious - same taco, same wrapper and everything. She made no effort to remake this food!! It was all ruffled from where I had reopened it and checked my food. That is one thing that burns me up is someone messing up my food. Literally the worst Taco Bell, if could give it less than one star I would. I ordered a week ago for pickup. It took almost a half hour while waiting inside for my order. Tonight after working all day in the sun, me and my fiance gave them another try. This time was worse. I ordered from the app to pickup in store. They closed the indoor section(however it still let's you choose in store pickup, also not the first time this happened). This forced my fiance who was picking it up for us to use the drive through. This process took almost a half hour. When she got to the speaker. They informed her there was no order for us. She subsequently showed the manager all the proof. The email from the Taco Bell app, the Taco Bell app order and the deduction of funds from my bank. The manager shrugged it off that it wasn't his fault and to contact Taco Bell for a refund. He said he has no control if he didn't receive the order. He didn't offer to take the order again and let us pay a second time, or offer any other assistance for the major inconvenience. Taco Bell app also has no way to contact a person for order issues. Thus making it very difficult to talk to anyone. After calling Taco Bell corporate, an automated message played that they was closed for the holiday, however there is no holiday today. It was also within business hours. I will never order from this Taco Bell again and possibly will stop ordering from the app all together if this ever happens again. This is unacceptable to have to leave a restaurant(who stole your money at this point) to order from another. We ended up going to White Castle which was fast...
