*UPDATE TRIED GOING BACK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE REMEDIED THE SITUATIONS BUT THEY STILL HAVE THE DUMBEST PEOPLE IN THE ARE WORKING THE DRIVE THRU!!! I DON’T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE FINDING THESE FOOLS. This place has gone to hell in a hand basket. I would post negative stars but I have to give at least 1. The female manager whether she is a shift manager or actually a manager is going to end up causing the customer base of this store to leave and never come back. My order was messed up and I had to return to the store to get it replaced. She only wanted to replace items that were messed up and by the time I would have gotten back home everything would been cold. All I wanted was the order replaced. She asked for the GM to come to the counter after acting pretty obnoxious. The GM was going to refund my order and I explained to him what I was wanting. The GM was very nice and professional but the female manager later returned to the counter to get a cash drawer ready for changing out in an attempt at intimidating me so I walked away to get away from her. If she acts like this I can only imagine what she treats her employees like. I suggest that you go to another location like Greenwood Rd. or the location by the McDonalds further north on Dixie Highway. You might have to wait longer but at least you might get your order right the first time and not have to return up there and treated badly by a manager that just didn’t want to work on Christmas Eve. Read moreThis restaurant needs a LAW SUIT. I went to taco bell after 7 pm. My order was incorrect. So I pulled in a parking spot to get my missing items and the door was locked. Which made no sense considering they had a restaurant full of staff and 3-4 people packed at the drive thru window. So I had to go back and sit in the long line just to get some dang chips and tomatoes. I told 3 people my order was incorrect. The manager, who didn't address herself, ask what was wrong so I told her and that it needed to be made over! She replies "You don't have to be rude and pull up!". Mind you I wasn't finished telling her how incorrect the order was but she had dropped of the intercom. When I got to the window she sent one of the teenage girls to window to have me repeat, again, what was wrong with my food because of course she didn't come. The teenage, laughing with the manager, took my food, gave it to the manager who added the tomatoes to the tacos and through in a bag of chips and through it back out the window. Now one thing I know is you NEVER I MEAN NEVER give food, take it back and give back out the window at a fast food restaurant. I had to call 3 stores to get her managers name. I'll be calling him, the corporate office and the district manager if I can find them too because this store has gone down hill. Taco bell doesn't get any more of my $$$$$$$ I don't care what store it is. I didn't even eat the food. It was obvious - same taco, same wrapper and everything. Read moreLiterally the worst Taco Bell, if could give it less than one star I would. I ordered a week ago for pickup. It took almost a half hour while waiting inside for my order. Tonight after working all day in the sun, me and my fiance gave them another try. This time was worse. I ordered from the app to pickup in store. They closed the indoor section(however it still let's you choose in store pickup, also not the first time this happened). This forced my fiance who was picking it up for us to use the drive through. This process took almost a half hour. When she got to the speaker. They informed her there was no order for us. She subsequently showed the manager all the proof. The email from the Taco Bell app, the Taco Bell app order and the deduction of funds from my bank. The manager shrugged it off that it wasn't his fault and to contact Taco Bell for a refund. He said he has no control if he didn't receive the order. He didn't offer to take the order again and let us pay a second time, or offer any other assistance for the major inconvenience. Taco Bell app also has no way to contact a person for order issues. Thus making it very difficult to talk to anyone. After calling Taco Bell corporate, an automated message played that they was closed for the holiday, however there is no holiday today. It was also within business hours. I will never order from this Taco Bell again and possibly will stop ordering from the app all together if this ever happens again.
