Great staff. I once spilled my coffee in my truck and they made me a new one free of charge and told me my day was going to get better. Great coffee, but the food, well it's over priced for what it is, microwaved prepared food.
Follow Up to owner response: I'd like to further elaborate on the food after seeing the response from the owner. In my review I talked about the food being over priced for what it is and the response I received came off as combative. They made sure to add in Also, our food is sourced locally. To that, well done, good job 👍. Now if you're willing to take constructive criticism from a frequent customer, here's what I have to say about that. Your food may be locally sourced, however, it is not very good. I've had numerous items off of your menu and I don't find many of them very good. For instance, a simple egg and cheese wrap is prepared by taking a pre-made eggs, tossing it into a flour tortilla with some cheese and then throwing it in your toaster on some aluminum foil and then serving that to someone. Your oven burns one side of the tortilla while leaving the bottom soggy. It's not good at all to be honest and you charge nearly $7 for that. In the current economy to be charging that much for, dare I even call it a sandwich, is absolutely absurd. If you can't understand that then their is a serious problem with the standards that your business has. Your staff is always polite, helpful and they do a fantastic job serving the customers. Your coffee is excellent, it's pricey, but it is good so I'm willing to pay more for a quality product. Do you understand why I'm willing to pay more for a coffee like that rather than the food you serve? The same standards do not seem to apply to your food selection and they fall very sort. So, again, constructive criticism, your food needs improvement, it's pretty bad. You're welcome and I hope that is helpful to you when trying to serve your customers...
Read moreGreat coffee and nice staff - i use to stop here every Friday morning for a coffee but i stopped going because everytime i went ( 3 times that i can honestly admit to ) I’ve been shorted cash. I only pay cash for coffee and i never get a receipt to confirm my payment or change back so i started to ask what my due amount is before paying and then count my change and always get shorts 2/3 dollars.
My last order i had two coffee totaling 11.64 , i gave a 20 - my change was 5 singles , a quarter and five Pennie’s.
I knew it was a red flag when i got back alot of change that could of easily been condensed and no one gives out 5 ones until you’re trying to make it seem like you’re Giving back a bigger amount.
That’s thief and i hope they read this - I understand a couple of cents with the customers knowledge but stealing dollars thinking i wouldn’t noticed is saddening. I have not been back since and decided to write this because who know how many people this is happening too !
Edit : i called the store to inform the manager of my concern - not to complain but to raise awareness. The lady on the phone told me that there is not a manager on sight and she doesn’t know when she will be in the store ….

You need to do, much much better. The app doesn't work, or doesn't work well, and your employees can't operate it well, due to various reasons they say is due to the app, and I believe them.
This is not of them, this is on YOU, the business owners. You should never launch an new app like you have done, without even figuring out if it works, and properly training your employees on how it works, and making sure it does work.
Be better. I lost a whole latte reward during the switch...in addition, every time I have went to the same location, the employees had trouble with the app. To be clear, it wasn't them not knowing how it works, it was the app not functioning properly.
