It was late and we were hungry from a long trip and there was nowhere open to eat in downtown Atlanta. Before checking in to our hotel, we did a Google search for something to eat nearby and the only thing popped up was this location, which closes at 1 am.
Our problem was that it was 30 minutes away, and they closed in 32 mins. We decided to go for it! Like I said, "We were really hungry." Anyways, we arrived at 1:00 am, I ran to the door... I was so excited that the door was not locked yet, and I made it in. YES! We Made It!! thinking to myself.
Then, I walked up to the counter, and was informed that they were Closed. My heart dropped!!!đ I immediately began to think about how we drove all the way over there and now we will have to drive all the way back, with NOTHING. I WAS SILENTLY CRYING..... Noooooo!!!!!đđđđ!!!!!. I guess the manger could hear my cry. I was in shock just standing there thinking, Oh No! We drove all the way over here and now have to drive back empty handed.đ±đ±đ± Then, the manger asked where are you traveling from, I told her. Then she asked what I wanted to order, Y'all! My eyes đ lit UP!!!! Then she had the cashier, also a nice gentleman, take my order. They just don't know what a blessing they were to us this night đđŸđ„°
I knew it was nothing but the Lord! Thank You, Jesus!!!
Before we left to go on this little trip, I said a little prayer, asking Jesus to be with us on this little unplanned trip. Prayers work, y'all!
It felt really good to know there are still some Amazing kind-hearted people in this world. đ„°đ„°đ„°. I really appreciate, the manager, Ms Ash... and her crew at this location. Thank y'all so much!!! I left a tip and she passed it on to the two crew members. I just had to write a review to shine some light on this manager and her team. â â â â â Good people are hard to find, Buffalo Wild Wings, the food and service was Wonderful. You have some good people working late night shift at this...
Read moreHorrible customer service from the lady at the front. I drove an hour to this area for something work-related and was elated to see they open at 10:00am (As stated HERE on Google where we can ALL see it, right?). Okay so I try to enter, nobody is at work. No biggie, I go sit in Panera Bread and at about 11am, I go back to place an order. I walked inside, and the lady at the very front (light complexion, curly hair, solid stature) asked me what I needed. I asked her what time they open, (as I will likely be here much more often now in the early morning and I love BWW but I donât think the website hours are correct). Her FIRST response is, âWho are you?â At first I was thinking she misspoke, but she repeated the question with a goofy smile on her face to which I responded âA customerâ with a goofy smile back. She then says âthe time should be on the doorâ and if youâve ever been to this location, you know the door says âAM to 11pmâ with nothing stated for the morning opening hour. I am guessing was done intentionally since folks donât actually come on time. Anyway, I told her there was no hours listed on the door, to which she THEN says âwe open at 11 sometimesâ.
Look, I get that customer service can be a pain and folks are annoying, but I was not rude to this lady in the slightest upon asking and it caught me off guard to receive a response like that. The customer beside me looked appalled that she had spoken so rudely. I donât like reporting companies bc business is hard, but her attitude is completely unacceptable. I am not the one who listed 10am on the website opening hours, so thereâs no need to get pissy when you are questioned on what time the joint actually opens. Wonât be returning and she needs to work on her attitude. Also reported to corporate bc it was so uncalled for and yall neeed to quit lying...
Read moreI donât eat at Buffalo Wild Wings, but I visited this location for a taste test survey that required me to purchase a specific product. Since I also wanted to buy something for my teenagers, I took a moment to figure out what I wanted before approaching the counter. Apparently, that irritated the manager (who claimed her name was Ashley), because she approached me in a rude and aggressive manner before I had even done anything. Surprised by her attitude, I asked if she was having a bad day, hoping to de-escalate the situation. I also tried to explain that I donât like to inconvenience others by stepping up to the counter before I know exactly what I want. Instead of handling the conversation professionally, she continued being rude. Then, when another customer walked in, she suddenly started telling me to âshut my mouthââas if trying to make it seem like I was the problem. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. To make matters worse, after thinking about it, I wouldnât be surprised if she gave me a fake name since I mentioned Iâd be reporting my experience to corporate. If she really is the manager, that makes it even worse because a managerâs behavior sets the tone for the businessâand this location failed miserably. I have already reported this to corporate, but I wanted to share my experience here as well. No paying customer should be treated like this, especially by someone in a management position. Based on this experience, I will never patronize this...
