This establishment needs professional development. Professionalism is definitely needed from management to the crew. When I pulled up to drive thru window to order, I sat there for about 3 minutes without acknowledgement. When the girl did come on, she was arguing over the speaker with someone else. After a minute she asked me for my order. I proceeded to tell her and she then began arguing with the person again. She did this 3 times. After the last time she stated I will leave and got off the speaker. I sat there for about 5 more minutes. Yes I should have left, but the grandson wanted Popeyes. Hindsight speaks volume. So I finally get my order taken. I get to the window. The manager hands me my drink, which has the drink all down the sides and the top half off. She sees how I look at it and takes it back to get me another one. I checked my order and some items were missing. I let her know, she gets it. I leave. Not until I got home I realized she never gave me my drink. I called no answer. So I go up there the next day. The police is there because apparently the worker came back up there. SMH. So I go in and speak to the "manager" that handled my order and explained what happened. She goes "oh yea, I remember you. Your drink was here on the counter". "Ok I need a refund." "Oh you don't want a drink?" "No, just my money back" It was $3.69 and yes I want it back. I do not give away money that way. So she refunds me $2.47. Um, this is $2.47. The drink was $3.69. I know but our machine down. I meant to tell you that before hand. It will be back up tomorrow. Ok I am not coming back tomorrow. Well you will have to get a drink. I do not want a drink. So she goes in the back to speak to I guess another manager and comes back out and give me a $1. I need what I paid for this drink. $3.69 plus the tax. This girl said there is no tax. The tax is just on the whole order. I knew then, there was a problem. Ma'am there is tax on each item. She gets mad and start slamming stuff. And I tell her this is why there were issues last night. You all don't know how to talk to people. The unprofessionalism present is unnerving. I will definitely not come to this establishment again and would not recommend anyone else. Read moreThis location has been open a little less than 3 weeks and their service is absolutely DEPORABLE! I've visited twice and I can say without a doubt, there will NOT! be a 3rd. My most recent visit was tonight and it was Terrible! When I pulled in the drive thru at 8:35p the line was wrapped around the building, the end of the line being at the drive thru window. I figured, they're new, it's busy, no big deal. My plan was to order sides. I waited in line for 40+ minutes. I get close to place my order and hear the young lady telling the guy in front of me, they didn't have something and they're selling can drinks. The guy seems pretty frustrated but I think nothing of it. I get to the box and I order a large mash potatoe and gravy, the young lady responds, "We're not selling sides tonight, we only have fries, we don't have any lids". So, I respond, "I'll take it without the lid". She says again, "We don't have any lids". So I tell her, "That's no problem, I'm fine without the lid". Her final response is, "We're not selling them because we didn't make any". I'm sitting for a few seconds speechless and thinking, she's not serious! After sitting, as a last ditch effort to avoid the wait being a total waste, I order an apple pie. What do you know, they DON'T HAVE APPLE PIES! I finally ask for the GM's name and the store number and I thank the young lady and wish a good night. I pulled away from the Popeye's line at 9:13p without 1 food item in hand. THAT'S SIMPLY BAD BUSINESS! Rest assured, I will be contacting Popeye's corporate office. Oh! and by the way, I did get my sides and pie from the Fayetteville location with no issue. I got my food and was back home in a few minutes short of the time I waited in the line at the Lovejoy location. Read moreThis Popeyes is gone down hill. My food is never right anymore but today was ridiculous. Ordered spicy dude at window said it would take 2-4 minutes for spicy ok cool there’s a line in drive thru anyways so it won’t be long. Got up to window and paid he said oh yell the spicy is up to oh great. Well got home the chicken wasn’t spicy and was barely hot. My sides weren’t even all the way filled. I’m disappointed because there’s no point in calling to complain cause no one answers the phone there. It’s not hard to get orders right I’ve worked at many fast food places. Do Better Popeyes!!!! They had nothing spicy to offer, no drinks but tea and water downed lemonade. The manager walked around on her cell and wasn’t helping do anything while her employees was taking free food outside to their family members. Left out something when I called the poor excuse for management hung up on me. Corporate is no help because they don’t answer customer complaints or anything. This whole establishment needs closed down. The chicken was old and nasty cause it was fried in old oil.
