terrible service terrible customer service terrible food. I recommend nobody order food here this Wingstop is always the worst. I shouldn’t have trusted it . I just wasted $22.87 on some 10 piece wings. The fries was burnt. I ordered from Uber eats I may review they deleted my photo for Uber eats cannot give me my refund and I hope this place get what they deserve. let me bring it down what happen so I ordered from Uber eats the 10 piece boneless wings platter with the fries and a drink. They said they was out of the drink.or The drink machine was down so they gave me a bottle of water cause they call me the lady the was picking up my order. She calls me. I said that it’s fine so she got here. I looked at my food. The fries was old n burned it was like the bottom of the bag. The boneless wings was half a meat not any a full wing and it was crumbs and it was hard like it just rushed it and put it in the thing so I called up there spoke to the manager. The girl was on the phone before was rude as hell. I talked to them and I said can you make my food over again? it’s not right. He’s still going back-and-forth n just took my food n place it in the on the counter, the lady that was on the register was still being rude and I realize that is the same lady that was on a call with me that was being rude to me and then not trying to hear what I have to say so I asked them for a refund that he still have attitude saying you’re not gonna get a refund you can’t get a refund. You don’t get a refund from the app so all I say is this is the worst place to order your wings from they need to be reported to health services because the wings that they gave me and the frosted they gave me was so terrible and it was not edible and it’s a shame. I had to go up there and try to fight to make my...
Read moreThe last time I ordered from here, I placed an order on the mobile app for pickup. I arrived to the store and I was told my food wasnt ready yet so I patiently sat and waited. I watched the crew members putting food out and taking care of other customers. My food sat on the rack getting cold for about 10-15 because no associate said anything or called the name out. The manager (?) offered pretty good customer service which I appreciate but I don't appreciate my food having sat out like that, with no offer to remake or anything like that, and the fact the crew member just sat it on the shelf without saying anything or making sure it didn't belong to a waiting customer.
The bottled sodas being an extra upcharge is bothersome especially when the soda fountain selections are mediocre since there's no Freestyle machine. Why can't we choose a bottled soda as a drink option with no extra upcharge?
Additionally, shortly after eating the food my last visit, my stomach became upset and I had to have several bowel movements afterwards. My family eats wingstop and typically have to immediately/ shortly after pass a bowel movement. I don't believe this is normal no matter how the 'good' food tastes. I do like their fries and wing sauces, but this is not the first time I've eaten Wingstop at this location and had an upset stomach, and I will not be eating here anymore after what it does to my stomach and bowels.
2 stars for the hit-or-miss...
Read moreMy experience at the Wingstop in the Lovejoy/Hampton area left me with mixed feelings. In a pinch, if hunger strikes and Wingstop is your only option, it's tolerable. However, the wings, specifically the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper flavors I tried, failed to impress my taste buds. The promised flavors seemed to be missing in action, leaving the overall wing experience rather lackluster.
As for the fries, my expectations were already low, and unfortunately, they didn't manage to defy them. They were forgettable, to say the least. It's worth noting that this Wingstop recently opened, and I can't help but wonder if additional training might bring about improvements.
While I won't dismiss the potential for growth and enhancement, my initial encounter didn't leave me eager for a return visit. Perhaps with time and adjustments, the Lovejoy/Hampton Wingstop will find its stride and offer a more satisfying culinary experience. Until then, my verdict remains a lukewarm "been there, done that, won't go back...
