WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Lovejoy

I've picked up a 10-piece wing combo for my daughter on three occasions. She said she enjoyed the wings. I, however, did not enjoy the customer service. The staff at the counter possesses little in the way of customer service skills. You are not likely to receive a thank you or much else from them. The manager does greet you when he comes to the front. I'm giving the place three stars BECAUSE I have yet to be greeted by staff at the counter. I have yet to be thanked for my business. I have ALWAYS been pretty much ignored, to the point where I have not had my order called out when it was ready. I had to guess and ask if it was ready. Customer service goes a long way. I suggest either training them properly or employing staff who understand the intricacies of customer service. Good customer service is what decides whether I spend money there or across the parking lot.

UPDATE: I changed this review to four stars because of the great service I received from the young man working in there tonight. He was friendly and engaging. Usually, there are young women in there, and they're the ones who haven't been the least bit welcoming. I wish now I'd gotten his name, because he should be commended for knowing how to...

WNB don’t pick up the phone for you to place A order. You have to go there to just to make a order. Yes W&B I am very disappointed with you guys. We Order a “12” piece chicken tender I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes so we went to food. Depot bought some rice because the rice at WNB is very expensive and they don’t even give you enough rice so when I got home with my kids and my husband I made some fried rice to go with our chicken tenders. We open the box And serving it to each other and had a piece of long hair wrapped around the “Honey chicken tenders” the chicken tenders are very expensive already $21 for a 12 piece. this is why we don’t eat out if I wasn’t A observe person we would of ate the chicken but I’m so observing when I eat I look at my food when I eat picking through my food when I eat food from outside restaurants. that long piece of hair was wrapped around the chicken tenders we put that chicken tenders right back in the box, I don’t play about that. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am very disappointed as my husband and I order food from here often. I placed a pickup order online 30 minutes before closing time. When I came to the counter the manager said the food was already picked up. I asked him how could that be when I just arrived. I showed him how I placed the order and paid online. He told me I would need to request a refund online. I sat in the lobby and went to the website and asked him where to request the refund . He told me he had no clue and couldn’t help me. He advised he couldn’t remake my order because the grill was closed and all he could offer was me disputing the charge with my bank. I followed the instructions and disputed the charge. The dispute was then denied because the owner sent a photo of the person he gave my food away to as me. He lied and said I received my food even though I didn’t and he is the one that instructed me to dispute the charge. Now I can’t get my money back. I spent over $50 on food...
