Walking up to Cafe Eclipse brings you through the charming outdoor seating area/garden. Inside the cafe, the atmosphere is airy and clean but also a little moody with cozy seating, locally handmade ceramics and other items, and a cooler of drinks. The ordering counter is low and looks like it would be accessible from a wheelchair. Cards and cash are accepted.
The owner is a delight to chat with, and was happy to explain menu items to me, and mentioned flavorings and ingredients that were newly available and not on the menu yet. I got an iced creme brulee latte with vanilla cold foam and it was tasty! Lots of milk options too, for anyone who doesn't do dairy milk. No pastries the day I went, but Claire mentioned they are working to get some soon.
My only critique is that the outdoor seating is shaped in a way that hurts my legs/hips. The indoor seating has options that would be more comfortable for larger bodied people.
