Oshare Sushi + Bar — Restaurant in Lowell

Whoa… where do I start? Is there a better Sushi place anywhere as good in the north-east? The sushi is fresh. Freshness was in every bites. If you are a sushi lover, you would know what “freshness” tastes like… and you must try this restaurant out. I am so sad I am not local and just happen to pop in on my travel. I have it marked and will come back every chance I get. The atmosphere, the decoration, the hospitality, the service…. Yes, the whole elegant vibe coupled with friendly smiles gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling that I was in a high-class restaurant without having to wear a tux. And with the scrumptious food served, this place is truly second to none. It’s rare nowadays to find such a gem. So glad I tried it. I can’t stop telling all my friends about it. Good job, guys. I’ll keep coming back. Keep up the good work. Yay… love this...

Absolutely incredible experience at this new sushi spot! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The quality of the fish was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and clearly handled with care. You can really taste the difference.

Service was just as impressive. Attentive without being overbearing, and everything flowed smoothly. One of the highlights was when the owner and chef personally came to our table. He took the time to explain each type of fish and shared a bit about his background and experience—it made the whole meal feel personal and elevated the dining experience even more.

Highly recommend if you're looking for fresh, high-quality sushi and genuinely warm hospitality. This place is a gem!

Brian, the sushi chef took great care of me. He really knows his stuff and was able to accommodate even my unique dietary preferences and needs.

The fish was fresh. Great texture & amazing taste. Chef)’s knife skills were clean and everything was neat uniform with a nice human touch and attention to detail.
