Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lowell

If I could rate this Dunkin’ Donuts ZERO stars i absolutely would! Hands down this is the worst store I’ve ever come in contact with! Sadly I had to continue giving them my service because it’s the only dunks on my way to school considering I walk everyday!! I came today to get my normal routine coffee & I took a sip & noticed it tasted VERY WATERED DOWN ! So I asked politely if it could be remade .. as usual they just look at you like you got 10 heads and grab it and she remade it .. well I tasted that one and SAME THING well I watched an employee making another customers coffee and realized the coffee they are putting in the cup literally looks like brown TINTED water.. NOT ENOUGH COFFEE GROUNDS were used to make the batches of coffee ! And even though they KNEW IT WAS MADE WRONG they continued to serve it to customers .. I asked for a refund , had every employee looking at me shaking their head giving me a dirty stare .. well I’m not gonna DRINK brown water with caramel and cream.. that’s NOT COFEE!! I asked for a refund and got told I NEED TO WAIT until they finish taking orders.. pathetic! Absolutely PATHETIC! The manager is a horrible manger she gives more attitude then the employees and that’s so unprofessional! I am BLOWN AWAY with the way this store works! I was a MANAGER at DUNKIN DONUTS & I could never imagine giving a paying customer an attitude ! I would NEVER allow my employees to treat paying customers that way! Something needs to be done at this store ! Honestly I think the only reason they get service is because it’s convenient for the college students and the construction workers ! HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM!! They all need to be retrained , drop their attitudes & make their coffee PROPERLY!! I also came one weekend morning with my 2 year old daughter & I got her two wake up wraps egg and cheese & they served the eggs to her STILL FROZEN !! STILL FROZEN!! There was NO effort put into this ! I’m confused on how they didn’t realize it’s still frozen .. honestly don’t think it was even put in the oven with the wrap and cheese .. when I said something nicely I got “ it’s frozen? It can’t be frozen “ well ? YES IT IS! and when he remade them he burnt them so bad the cheese was BROWN and rock solid ! The wrap was as hard as a CRACKER!! I am done with this store and I hope this review does a different!! Hopefully it’ll change for the sake of the paying customers in the community ! Because i will NEVER BE BACK again. Good job Dunkin’ Donuts employees you LOST A LOYAL EVERYDAY 2-3 times a DAY PAYING...

Where do I even start, the food was DELIISHHHH!!! After this visit, I was wondering how did I reach this place, all though this was the first time being at this Dunkin Donuts, I can garuntee to whoever is planning to check out this establishment, it is worth every bite you will take, now on to the kind staff, the nice lady who served me this visit, her shining eyes welcomed me with warmth. The order I had placed came out flawless, it was almost as if she knew what i was going to order before hand, previously I was enthusiastic about the exestential isolation philology, but after I spoke to this employee at hand, I felt trully understood, to the core of my conscience and subconscious. My exprience here was more than just any fast food pass by, I had a true moment of self improvement in my short time there. It was a feeling out of this world, and it felt as if I had reached Nirvana, and yes, I speak about the 90s alternative rock band. Highly...

Went in, said good morning with a smile. The person at the counter says something like “Uber deliveries are there” while pointing at my order, which was on a shelf. Nothing wrong with being a delivery person picking up an order, however, it turned out this was the order I placed on the app. So I said “Oh, no. That’s my stuff”. After a nervous low key BS explanation from the person at the counter as to why she thought that I, a brown Hispanic guy, was there as other than a customer; I just just said with a smile on my face, “It’s all good. Have. Nice day.” The place looks decent, but a “Hello. How can I help you?” can do a lot for the optics...
