Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lowell

Today I came in for a hot and ready and there were fresh pizzas waiting for me apon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly face that helped me with my order and was very patient while I indecisively decided what to get for my lunch. The cashier was friendly, kind and polite. The food was the typical hot and ready I've grown to love. But sadly, my only gripe with this location is that when I tried to show extra appreciation for the Cashier she informed me they are not allowed to accept tips. As a service worker myself and due to the great customer service I received today this is something I'd really like to see changed at this location. LIVID. I just went in and told the tall bearded person that I wanted a pizza. Got rushed so I settled for just a pepperoni. THEN after I put my card in and finished the transaction and while I was doing that the dude grabbed the pizza and then the pizza was dropped on the counter, not set, dropped and even skidded a little bit. And then he just walked off! No asking if I wanted a receipt, no have a good day. Just treated me like a nuisance and walked away without a word. I'm never going back to this location if that is how the franchisee is going to let their employees treat customers. Rush time or not, there is no need for this kind of behavior in...

I love Little Ceasars man I want to say that off the bat ... but I stopped in for Lunch today ... I think it was one gal working ... and let me tell you man , today I had the BEST Detroit style pizza I've EVER had from the Family ... Big kudos to you all man I will definitely be back !! Light cheese light sauce , they almost never get it right !! Way 2 go !!

If you're in Lowell and you get a hankerin' for a quality pizza ... don't go up the street and spend $30 for a pie (Yikes LOL) ... pop in and get from the REAL original...
