BC Pizza of Lowell — Restaurant in Lowell

Just relocated to Lowell and needed a late dinner after moving so I called this place. They had a recording of the different specials they offered. I decided on a special they offered for around $25. Waited on the line for someone to take my order and a younger guy answers. I tell him what special I wanted per their recording. He told me that he didn't know of any specials as he was a delivery driver. I asked to speak to someone who knows the specials and he said he would ask the girls who normally take orders. He got back on the phone and told me that they didnt know what I was talking about! He asked if I still wanted to place an order, so frustrated, I did anyway. Well, 2 large pizzas and 2 large breadstick orders came to over $40!! I was shocked, and I had to to pick it up so no tip or delivery fe was added to that price. I would like to express my appreciation for the incredibly fast delivery! Unfortunately, I’m not great with names, but the driver was wearing a Volcom cap and was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Please extend my gratitude and recognition for his outstanding service.

The gluten-free pizza (without cheese but loaded with toppings) was absolutely delicious! As someone with a dairy allergy and gluten intolerance, I truly appreciate the quality and care put into the food.

One small suggestion - special deals on gluten-free crust would be fantastic, as I’d love to order weekly! However, this is not a major issue, and I will definitely be ordering again for my birthday next month.

Very disappointed the delivery person did not wear a mask. My husband and I used to get pizza from here about twice a month. They have good pizza and breadsticks, but over the past 2 years the quality of service has gone down hill. They have slow delivery times. One time it took 2 hours to get pizza. Also, when you go in to get pizza, the staff seems more interested in talking and hanging out versus doing their job. 2 months ago I went in, and they said your pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. I went in 30 minutes after the call, and they hadn't put the pizza in the oven yet, but the staff was joking around. Then this last time they over charged us.
