Mynt Fusion Bistro — Restaurant in Lowell

If i could give half a star i would. Very disapointed! Ive been there twice first time i ate in and got the pad thai the noodles were cold and had a funny tast i ignored that and didnt leave a bad review. Butyesterday my husband and i orderd dinner we spent 26$on take out. It was the worst money spent, we got the appetizer platter which seemed to be frozen food i could have bought from my local grocery store. They put a new name to "small plates". The CRAB rangoons had no crab in them, no spices nothing just cream cheese the chicken satay was two giant kabob sticks with a tiny peice of dried grilled chicken on them sprinkled with crushed peanuts, actually i think the kabob sticks were regular size just the lack of chicken made them look like a joke.it cost 4$ for two, what looked and tasted like small frozen eggrolls. The service was cold and unwelcoming the waitress ran the front desk and waited on tables while running around looking for the resturant ownwr to make change for my order. The first time i ate at the resturant the waitress was so lost and confused the service was...

I'm having a love hate relationship with this place -

The food is some of the best things I've had since moving to the area from Florida just over 6 years ago. That says A LOT because we eat out at least 3 times a week if not more.

The staff is friendly however, they are set to "minimum effort" when it comes to service. We've had to get a refill on a drink more than once, and if you ask for other than what is set on the table when your food is served... you're not gonna get it, EVER. If you ever wonder where that order of crispy noodles for your soup is... take a peak in the kitchen. I'll bet you your entree they are playing on their phones or chatting. We've seen it a few times.

Will I go there again? Well yes, because I live in the middle of frickin nowhere and honestly there isn't a better place around for this type of food. Do I want to eat in, I really do but due to the service it's likely I'll be taking it to go which is a hit on their part. When we eat in, we do it all. Apps, sushi, Entrees...

Service is horrible. Waited for 15 minutes for a table when the restaurant was mostly empty. Was about to walk out the door when the girl finally said she had a table for us, when she realized this all she said was you don't have to stay if you don't want. Then sat at the table for another 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Put our order in and when our drinks were brought out the waitress told us our soups would be right out. Another 10 minutes and we finally got our soups but had no silverware. Waitress brought 2 silverware for 3 people at the table. Food was okay, waitress tried to make up for horrible service by making excuses of being busy and then at the end stopping by the table every few minutes as we were the only table left in the restaurant. Everytime we've gone here either sitting in the restaurant or getting take out the service is atrocious, they need to train...
