New burger spot that has replaced the former Senmonorom Cambodian restaurant in the plaza, and it’s a welcomed change. The interior has been cleaned up nicely, and there’s even a karaoke room for those looking to add a little extra fun to their meal.
The service is fast-casual: you order at the counter, find a seat, and wait for your order number to be called. The prices have actually gotten better since the grand opening, which is a nice surprise. They offer some great upgrades to your meal, including a choice of fries, onion rings, or something else, and you can also swap your drink for an Italian soda.
Parking is plentiful, so no need to worry about finding a spot. As for the service, it was fairly neutral. The counter person didn’t greet us upon arrival and stood there until we were ready to make our choices, but I think this might just be a personality quirk rather than an issue with the service as a whole.
The food temperature could’ve been a bit warmer, though it’s possible that we weren’t served right when it came out. It didn’t detract too much from the overall experience, but it’s something worth noting.
The burger itself was a highlight— the patty was well-seasoned, and the toppings were fresh, which made for a delicious bite. The buns were toasted nicely, though they were a bit light on the sauce, which could have added a bit more flavor to the burger.
One odd thing I noticed was that the bathroom locks were mislabeled. The sign said “unlocked,” but the door was actually locked. It wasn’t a huge issue, just a little confusing.
Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick,...
Read moreThey have changed everything a million times except for the milkshakes. I went the first day they opened and the burgers tasted wayyy better the quality was definitely worth the price. The burgers had a smokey taste and was absolutely amazing. Their burgers now are definitely different and very bland in sure they only use salt and pepper.
There service now is definitely better then before there was this lady that took my order in the morning and she always had a nasty look on her face and always on her phone I'm guessing she no longer works there lol.
There are horrible on consistency everything changes every month. They had a great amount of staff but now it seems that they only have one cook considering the wait for pick up orders and dine ins.
At this point I'm done trying with the place it just seems that everyone there is confused except for the front desk girls Everytime I try something new they either have a different brand of fries or onion rings or batter for the cheese on the burgers you just never know what they are...
Read moreI visited on a whim and was impressed! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff who welcomed me with smiles and a helpful attitude. I ordered the "Sergent Burger" with Fries and an Italian soda. The Sergent Burger (Beef Patty, Queso de Freir, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Onion & Sergeant Sauce) was a fantastic "Smash" style pattie which was crispy and juicy. My favorite part was the Queso de Frier, a Dominican cheese which is thick and tasty. The rest of the burger was well balanced with fresh toppings and sauce. The fries are straw cut which are superior in my opinion, and were perfectly salted. The Italian soda was flavorful and refreshing. One of the employees told me they could make it to my specifications if it was too sweet or not sweet enough, but it was perfect. The restaurant itself is very well maintained with a Rock&Roll theme and a great sound system that was playing classic songs we all know and love (at a reasonable volume). I would highly suggest stopping by for take out or to dine in with...
