The WORST customer service ever. I have been coming for since Nov 2018. Recently my last 3 visits to this store have been the worse. Theyāve hired a new employee who wears a cap, and is absolutely the LAZIEST ! He simply never wants to service me with how Iād like my meat. Any time I ask for a specific meat, he tells me either they donāt have, or he doesnāt know what Iām talking about. Are you kidding me ?! I come back the next day to the regular employee and he gives me what Iāve been asking. They need to get rid of this person, and properly train their employees. They need to learn some respect and educate themselves in the meat business. From my experience, the new employees do not like to service women for some reason. I went in today, asked for ground beef and to be run twice, because my kids need softer meat and the other person always respects my request, he had the audacity to tell me ā that takes to long, I will only do it onceā . I will never come back here and take my business elsewhere. This is just so sad because itās the only halal store near Andover, but Iād gladly drive far away for...

The store needs to keep that in mind. A lot of Indians especially hindus or Muslims don't eat pork or beef. Using the same machine to cut chicken or goat or lamb after cutting beef is not a good idea. Either the store needs to clean the machine after cutting beef or separate the machine to cut beef. I have seen pieces of beef in chicken meat multiple times and I have been coming here for years, The quality has dropped drastically everyday. And also, no young beef meet is not the same as goat meat, now I'm concerned what you're selling me when you compare goat meat with young beef. A lot of households don't have cats as pets. Having two cats now that rub their bodies to all the store items and racks is very annoying. Can't you keep them at your home? I'm done...
