I wanted to say the most heartfelt thank you to the Team that was working the Mammoth Road location, first window, later this afternoon (Tuesday Nov. 9th). I live in Toronto Canada and my Mom (80+) lives in Lowell MA. She's been going to McDonalds for over 60 years. We are far apart but speak 1-2x daily- she is amazing. This below is the type of stuff we talk about, share our days together, treasured minutia. We are fortunate to have this. Today she felt energized enough to go out and enjoy the weather which inspired her to indulge herself a favorite treat, vanilla soft serve at MickyDz!! She headed through drive-thru, ordered, and when she got to the window the 'McDonald Mammoth Road Drive-Thru Influencers' handed her the order with a big smile and that it was on the house!! The happiness hug and lift that this gesture did for my Mom is immeasurable. I thank you for seeing her today and making her heart feel good. The human race is good. Thank you. #bestfrenchfries #worldclass #humanrace...
Read moreGoogle keeps pestering me to update you all on the quality of McDonald's. If, somehow, you've never been, I'm not sure how much I can do for you, but I'll do my best. McDonald's is the quintessential fast food restaurant, located in 119 of 195 countries in the world. They're best known for their burgers, but you can get fries and other things, too. While none of the food is good, I typically lean toward the quarter pounder with cheese, but no onions. If I'm feeling especially poor, I'll get a McDouble. If I get fries, I'm sure to dip in ketchup or some other sauce, like the spicy mustard, which may or may not still exist.
They also offer drinks, such as soda. Go ahead, I say to myself, order a soda. If my day has gone so horribly wrong that I find myself eating at McDonald's, I'm not in a position to worry about things like health. I hope you found this review useful, and I hope your day gets better, person who is reading McDonald's...
Read moreThe McDonald's app is a mess. It's difficult to use, and doesn't offer flexible payment and ordering abilities. Consequently, I usually go inside to order. This store has a super secure barrier so you can't hear anything at all from anybody behind it. To make it worse, the person behind the plexiglass barrier was an extremely quiet talker. After several times asking him to speak up, I gave up. I canceled the order and left the store. I later relented and used the app and had the order sent to my car. I usually eat in my car and listen to the news. My order came out with no salt, pepper, or eating utensils. I guess I'm supposed to eat with my fingers. I know, I know, these days I'm supposed to carry my own eating utensils and condiments in my car. Maybe I'll get used to that someday. When I finally did eat the breakfast, it was well prepared. I won't be stopping at this...
