Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lowell

I’ll start off with a bad my taco basically had almost nothing on it. Not a single tomato. I never have this problem when I go to Chick-fil-A my orders always right. ALWAYS CORRECT! Correct ✅

The good they were fast, probably because they forgot to put half my food together properly. And they were a 5/10 with politeness in courtesy.

You can always call and let them know that they screwed up but then they’re suggesting that you drive 10 minutes back to fix or mistake that they should’ve done right the first time and they keep on getting it wrong day after day management in corporate clearly don’t care .

The simple solution would be like what Chick-fil-A does raise Their prices pay their employees more and eradicate the problem.

Love the food and certain employees such as Diane and Will and Jesse and a few others whose names I cannot remember! Anyways, they are always prompt and quick and get orders right and fresh! Clean store and employees as well! Downfall is when we come in to sit and get out of heat or walking or to read for a few, we get looked at by the younger kids who work there and feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed. They whisper and talk a lot, and they look at our direction a lot. As much as we buy and spend there, shouldn't have to feel this way. A dark haired girl there on front counter is not very ppl friendly and needs to be talked to or moved to back. Customers are num 1 and ahe treats them with irritation or judgement. We see it...

Whoever the night shift order taker is, she might need a day off or something. I was reprimanded for misspeaking I guess. I asked for a water with my meal. Apparently it wasn’t a meal and she turned on the attitude and asked so did you need a meal then orrrrrr? Because a drink doesn’t come with what you ordered. I said can I just have a water please? When I got my change she was rude about her demeanor in both talking my money and giving change. And when she gave me my food she was essentially pushing it in my hand.
