Walked in at opening and they fit me later afternoon to get acrylic nails. They looked so cute even though there was a problem of me being double booked. Felt a little rushed and not as focused but I didn't mind since it was same day last minute appointment. Still tipped 30% because they only charged me $85 for chrome and gems, good deal! My nails weren't built up with the dip as evenly as I'd like since my only nail broke off literally day 2 of having them. I want even doing anything strenuous. You can see in the pictures my ring finger nail shape looks different lol and the chipping of the chrome was taken the night of the appointment, so about 6 hours after, and the second photo of my thumb mail is the 2nd day of having the nails. Sad this chrome barely stayed on. The edges of the nails were already chipping from the first day of getting them done. The edges were also rough, I can see my bare nail and also not fully covered by the polish or color or chrome to the edges. Other than that, the length and shape of the nail was great and super cute. They let me pick my own color and they had so many! My nail tech was polite, talented but rushed, and informed me about what would work best to recreate the nail inspo I wanted to get. I'm definitely going to come again still. I think it's worth the price and time, I just hope my nails won't break as easily again. I think this was just an off day
Update: they let me come in today, 1 day after my broken nail, and they fixed my pinky nail! Last picture is the fix and it matches perfectly. Charged only $5...
Read moreI have never went to this salon simply because of the experience I had when speaking to the owner about pricing for a pedicure and being told they charge for ingrown toe nail removal when majority of salons do not. I simply called after to cancel my appt, not being disrespectful at all, but the owner was very rude and abrasive asking me why I wanted to cancel, and when I told her why she just continued to be rude and tried to argue with me when I wasn't even giving her that energy to begin with. I'm not going to feel bad about my decision on where to spend my money, especially after talking to a woman like that. Also gave me money hungry energy which obviously you can make your own prices however you'd like, but it doesn't mean everyone is going to pay it. I will pay higher prices to business that are respectful and treat me with kindness as I would treat them. I've also heard from a friend that used to go here that their employees always seem miserable and has heard the owner talk down to employees while getting her nails done. One actually left to go work at a different salon in Lowell. Save a few bucks and be treated with respect and go to Nail Art & Spa down the road, they're very friendly there, deliver exceptional service, very fair pricing, and are respectful when speaking to you.

Read moreNot only was I able to get in last minute, the work done on my first full set was absolutely amazing until I had to come back in to have the polish redone since it wasn’t properly cured originally.
**Edit- I have had three full sets done here & my nails were messed up every time. I got my last set done in October and it has taken months for them to return normal again. One of the techs split my nail & did nothing to fix it. The owner did my nails twice & the last time I asked she fix one of the nails she made crooked and she proceeded to tell me my actual finger was crooked so I didn’t bother having her fix the second. Well after leaving I called my sister who is also a cosmetologist and she IMMEDIATELY NOTICED the second crooked nail and asked why I didn’t have it fixed. Especially after paying over $120.
I gave this nail salon an honest try. I went here for 3 sets & each set had to be fixed. I didn’t even get to enjoy the nails I wanted specifically...
