Culver’s — Restaurant in Lowell

The owner at this Culver’s is awesome. The food at this Culver’s is awesome. But if they make a mistake, they will only fix it the first time. If they make that same mistake more than once, they basically tell you to deal with it. I even brought my receipt in the same day within an hour of them messing up my last order, and the manager still refused to fix my order. I pretty much stopped visiting at this point. It’s a shame because the owner like I said, is an amazing guy. When he is there, he is more than happy to make things, right. And I do admit, my order is a little bit confusing, however, I was visiting this Culver’s, at least 2 to 3 times a week sometimes more, and they all knew me by name, but they lost me as a customer, because of the managers and ability to resolve issues and a professional manner. Even after having a discussion with the owner, I have ran into this issue with the manager. So I just thought it was better to take my business elsewhere. Spending $20 for a meal is too expensive for them to refuse to replace it or fix it when they make a mistake. And if they make that mistake more than one time, they should be willing to fix it more...

I suffer from hearing loss, and as I was placing my order at the drive through, I mentioned to the person taking my order I couldn't hear them. I had a question about the way the order appeared on the screen, and they explained why it appeared that way. Ok, cool. So I drive up to the window, and the person behind the glass turned their back to me, and ignored me while taking 5 other cars orders, refusing to acknowledge my presence. All the cars ahead of me were gone, and more piling up behind me. The runner tries to bring my order out, only to find no one there. He goes back in the restaurant, has a conversation with the employees there, opens the window and asks if it's my order. This whole time, the original order taker stands there, back turned to me and arms crossed. Very rude, very childish. IDK what this particular person's problem is, but I'm not ok having it taken out on me. So in summary. Bland food, rude employee, no thanks. Too many better options for...

Go to redeem a $1 off any "regular" concrete mixer. I read the fine print, the coupon was not expired and there were no other special circumstances. I go to the drive thru and order a small concrete mixer and I tell them at the drive thru I have a coupon. The guy said okay we will apply it the window. I get to the window and then the guy tells me it has to be a medium concrete mixer. It does not say that anywhere on the coupon so I just left because he lied. I also called the manager and they refused to make it right claiming medium=regular. Yet that it's not mentioned anywhere in the fine print. I'm happy to post a screenshot of my coupon to prove it but they don't allow pictures on their review. They have lost me as a customer...
